Banned after taking part in one promotion!

I liked the OneClick sites. They have poor bonuses, but an enjoyable site.
I opted into a promotion on 06/10 that was 50 free spins on Starburst when depositing £50. I did my part and deposited £50 - no spins. Raised the issue and there was no resolution. I opened a complaint and was quoted 10 working days for a response, their website says ‘Usually resolved within 3 days’. 12 days later, despite numerous live chats and emails, I am still no where near getting a resolution. I keep being told ‘our team will contact you via email’. It is beyond a joke, £50 for the value of £5 worth of spins, I really didn’t think OneClick would be that tight. Don’t play here... go to Monopoly Casino - what a site that is.

Dont use this site!! Winning £200+ randomly kicks me off my account and wont let get back into the account with my correct details, try to sort it with them on live chat but are useless 100% scammers!!

It had now been 7 weeks with no withdrawal, they keep cancelling it even though I've proved all verification and telephone call verification all I can advise is that you stop away from these con artists I have lost all hope of getting my money they have excuse after excuse then your account gets blocked every other day also you can't actually talk to anyone about this situation you get passed pillow to post, the customer service gets paid for absolutely nothing I could do there jobs with my eyes closed 😡😡

It took awhile but all you have to do is send all documents and get them approved then they realease your withdrawl as soon as that’s all done mine was in straight away

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I have been gambling online for over 15 years and this is the worst site I have come across. They will let you deposit and carry on depositing. When you come to withdrawing any amount of money, they will ask for all forms of ID even becoming intrusive asking for photos of bank accounts etc etc. They will do anything to avoid paying. My only option is to go through gambling commission to get money I have won or even a refund of money deposited. Please avoid this site at all costs.

I’m shocked at the bad reviews. I joined this casino yesterday. I made a withdrawal today and it was in my bank within a couple of hours. Don’t be put off by bad reviews, they are individual experiences with their own particular problems which I assume were sorted eventually.

This is the first review I have ever done but I would give a 0 star if I could, usual story, deposit 50 quid get up to around £650 no problem in letting me play, when I try and get the money I quite rightfully won whole different matter and makes me sick, first I send in my proof of address and passport (most other betting sites accept this and verify your account )which was accepted no problem, I think I'll get my money, a few days later nothing, then I see I have to provide more, happens to be a photo of my card but I lost it recently so had to either send a photo of my proof of address or a letter from the bank which says I lost my card, I opted for a bank statement of my other account which has my address on which also confirms where I live. I covered up the transactions and they somehow managed to find out the names of all the recipients and senders of transactions to me which is a complete data breach and I'm completely incensed by this fraudulent company. All I want is my money I've won within the rules and I'll even edit this to a 4 or 5 star otherwise I'm taking it to the gambling commission

I just closed my casinoland account permanently, just ripoff, played book of dead on £0,10-0,20 bet and spent every time £80-£100 so I can go back to zero.

Problems with ID sent for verification-eventhough elsewhere everything was ok with it.RTP-super low,you can straightaway say byebye to your money.
