Worst online casino I've tried. Put in over £2k only to be told after trying to withdraw £300 that my account had not been verified. They never said a word when taking all that money. Played somemore then had a win of £1k, which lay in withdrawals for over a week. After contacting them, they then said there needing more verification on my account. Funny thing is they never contact you once to say there waiting on this proof, seems like they want to keep the money as long as possible. My advice stay away from using this casino, terrible experience. Was wondering at one point if I'd ever get my withdrawals.

Dont touch this casino its dreadfull verification takes ages and withdrawals even longer game our not bad but i didnt win nothing on them.

Terrible experience with these guys. I've been playing Jackpotcity for years, spending $200 - $400 a week. I call it my 'expensive entertainment'. Over the early stages of the Covid 19 breakout, Jackpotcity games pretty much ground to a standstill, constantly freezing, I could barely play them. Decided to look around for a new place to play. Found the reviews OK for Casinoland. Deposited $50, matched deposit bonus, played over the course of a few nights, up and down. Eventually got to a $300 balance that was withdrawable. Hit withdraw and then got to play the waiting game. ull week later they asked me to send verification documents. Gathered everything as per their request and submitted via email, and, via their online ID upload, just to be sure. Another week later, they told me one of the documents had been rejected (my license). Checked the image, checked the criteria, everyhting was OK. Emailed them back with the same document, asking to clarify what the issue was. Another week later, confirmation my ID was good came back to me. A few days later again, an email saying I'd played restricted games on their site and they were confiscating my winnings and returnig my $50. How magnanimous. Had a close look at their bonus bet terms and conditions, ther are in fact about 10 - 15 games they say are restricted from playing with bonus bets and playing them will void all winnings. They don't stop you playing them evidently, just shaft you down the track if you win. Anyway, went through my gameplay history. 3606 spins, not one of them on any of their supposedly restricted games. Emailed them back asking for clarification of exactly what restricted game I'd played that allowed them to take $250 off me..........radio silence. I've given up, can't be bothered with the anguish of being strung along by them any more. I did open a live chat and let them know I'd be sharing this fantastic experience. Forewarned and all.....
There are loads of online casinos out there, please don't waste your time with this one, it will end in either a loss, or, worse yet, a win followed by bitter disappointment.....

UPDATE. Still sending doc been 3 days now. Always something with this bad casino. Each customer service rep give wrong infor. Card not clear. Blur it like this. The pic needs to see a corner. Need more id. Send in id cannot use it but then can. Its like dont dont wanna pay u. I hope i get piad and will update.

So much little details needed from doc. Misleading infor from advisor. Did not mention u cant use screenshoot. First time hearing this crap

Stay away at all costs. If you win big, as in my wife's experience, they WILL do anything to get out of it. You have been warned. Sore losers. Cheats. Poor operators. Disgusting. They should be closed down. A solicitor will be dealing with them soon. If anyone is interested in joining me to help make a stronger case please let me know. The more the merrier. I already have one other with a similar experience. The case is getting stronger.

i just used this site for the first time today and its my last everygame i played kicked me of saying internal server problems after i had played about £20/£30 worth of spins not a nice experiance if they cant sort this out i would defo stay away from here i closed my account

This is probably the worst online casino I been on. The return rate on its electronic table game was absolutely ridiculous. I lost 10+ consecutive hands in Casino Hold'em AND Ultimate Texas Hold'em on the same day. With several years of online gambling experiences, I can confidently say that this casino is rigged and I have contacted gambling commission to request for an investigation.

20hrs of gameplay consisting of thousands of dpins around, 61% RTP in that period on a game that quotes + 90%. Custer sevice rep wasn't interested about my concerns and was quick to oblige me in shutting the account...........I seriously doubt this is a fair site despite apparently being regulated by the ukgc

account was closed when i tryed to withdraw more than 4k winnings ,keep away if you vaalue your money

Tried to make my first withdrawal 5 days ago with VISA. The site wouldn't allow me to. I talked to the CSR and they asked me to clear my browser which didn't work. Then they said that NZ is not allowed to withdraw with VISA cards. I submitted a bank transfer instantly and the funds only just came in with a deduction of $21.

I wouldn't use them again. I like to try new online casinos so I gave them a try. Deposit was fine, no personal verification needed. I deposited with MasterCard yet you can't withdraw with MasterCard. A bank transfer withdrawal required an IBAN and BIC which is unusual, but fine.
I requested a withdrawal and they cancelled it. I tried again and they cancelled it.
So I thought I'll try a Visa as you can withdraw through that. I deposited with a Visa card and then attempted to withdraw the whole amount (£60) through it. Cancelled.
I contacted customer services via their online chat and they told me to use another method called "Trustly" to withdraw. So I did this and they cancelled it.
I contacted them again and they told me to use the IBAN and BIC associated with the account with the Visa card. So currently waiting on that.

If you don't want to read the whole thing the general point is:
The website is fine but they don't want you to get your money out. I wouldn't use them if I were you.
