Used this company twice. First time great. Second time very poor.
Ordered two cast iron radiators in September. Selected 460mm x 1395mm & 460mm x 998mm from the options.
On coming to fit we realised that the radiators were actually 1495mm (24 sections) & 1069mm (17 sections). The sizes we purchased are no longer available on the site.
When I queried the error I was told that there is always discrepancies in cast iron sizes and there had been no error on their part.
And that I should have basically kept the room as a building site and not undertaken any plumbing until the radiator sizes had been confirmed.
It’s clear a 100mm discrepancy is not normal, they’ve just displayed the sizes incorrectly and have now rectified it.
They suggested I should remove sections myself to make them work. Unfortunately each section is around 60mm so the larger rad will never be correct and I will need an extension kit to make it fit.

We ordered a radiator and valves from this company. The customer service was excellent, kept us up to date on the manufacture and dispatch of our items. When one of the valve’s received was cracked, they sent a new one via next day DPD, and were extremely apologetic.
Very impressive! The radiator is also fantastic!

I ordered one radiator in Oct-2020 ahead of a refurbishment to my hallway. It is now March-2021 and I have still not received my order and have been unable to complete the work because of this. I have been informed that I should receive the order in April-2021 but I am not holding out much hope as have previously been told that it would be ready Feb and Mar.
The company are responsive to my emails. However, I am only contacted in response to my queries and have received very little in the way of updates without chasing them.
I have loads more rooms to renovate but think I'll get the rads elsewhere next time.
The companies trust pilot reply us indicative of how they operate as a business:
Take ages to reply.
Refuse to accept responsibility.
There are a few obvious competitors available in the UK. I have since used one of them and received 3 similar radiators (same manufacturer and colour) within a month of purchase.
Lastly, I find it sickening that COVID has been somehow used as an excuse for poor customer service.

Hi whole heartedly advise you look on their website and then avoid it all their other sites as well.
They are a third party and just wash hands of all problems, they buy from another supplier and some one else delivers. Wouldn't touch with a very long barge pole bought through another company and delivered by another delivery service

Update*
After the manager read this review they went on to finally try to make some amends. After much back & forth, promising a replacement and also asking me for plumbing quotes to get someone to swap out the faulty rad, everything went quiet and no more replies. That was over 4 months ago. What an utter joke. Yet you reply to this with a boilerplate response ignorant of everything I told her and we discussed. E.g it never arrived on a pallet. It was just on its side in the back of a lorry.
It’s hard to know where to start with my experience with this company. Unfortunately, it’s just another terrible review like the ones below.
Ever since the first dealing with them it’s been a bad experience. Initially we were interested in the next day delivery stock as we were renovating a room, and needed something fast to fit in with the building work and carpet-fitting schedule. We saw the website had plenty of stock and called to 100% ensure that what we needed was there and we could get next day. We were told the counter on the website was ‘live’, stating 20+ in stock, so go ahead! Brilliant, we did.
Of course, after making the order and paying, we were told what we wanted wasn’t in stock after all. No worries, it’d only be a few more days. So we flexed the building schedule and shuffled the plumber accordingly. Then a few days later, actually, it was going to take a substantial amount of time to get one of the two items we ordered to us on time, but not to worry, they had a larger model in stock and the room could take it so we took that instead. We couldn't change the schedule again so we just had to go with it.
Fast-forward to delivery, it wasn’t next day at all. We were later told a designated day but of course it didn’t arrive, but came the morning after. (Luckily I'd second guessed this would happen and made sure the plumber wan't around). Still, keeping our patience we didn’t complain or anything. The courier arrived, one single guy with two massive cast iron rads (he didn’t even know that’s what he was delivering) and couldn’t lift them himself as they weigh a tonne obviously. So I had to drive back from work to help him lift them out of the lorry into my house. Why there wasn’t 2 guys delivering, I have no idea. These things are insanely heavy.
Anyway, we had them in the house, great! That is until we plumbed them in (which as you probably know, isn't cheap - Plumber + an apprentice needed because of the weight). One was fine, the other, bigger one leaked. From the cast as well, not the joints, so essentially it was a bigger, fundamental problem. After constantly juggling a works schedule, booking plumbers in then moving them around due to the bad delivery and stock information, we now had a plumbed in leaking radiator.
Immediately let them know, sent pics and they said it was the manufacturers issue, of course. Passed the buck. Nothing to do with them. One week goes by and I hear nothing so I chase, only to find out the inept customer service rep (won’t name her publicly) actually didn’t send the details due to a mix up on her side. Saying she didn't know my email was concerning our order as it was from my email address, not my wife's (even though the subject has the order number in it etc)... madness. But she would do it right away.
Anyway, weeks went by, me chasing asking what’s happening with the replacement, finding it impossible to get the answers I need and basically passed around everywhere. In the end, after many calls and emails they agreed to send a replacement. Bear in mind I have to get a plumber to unplumb this one and fit the new one which, in the end is basically 3 call outs, about 3 times the cost of the faulty rad.
I was told best case scenario we’d receive the replacement the week before Xmas as they had none in stock and the absolute worse-case scenario it would arrive with us the week of the 4th Jan. Of course, I still haven’t heard a peep, no update, no message, no confirmation, nothing.
I’ve given these people the benefit of the doubt time after time but they’ve continued to have the most appalling customer service, that I just have to share.
6-8 weeks down the line, I have a leaking, sub-standard product, no replacement, no update and I’ve completely lost the will to deal with them.
I’m in the mindset now that I’ll just take the hit, be £500 out of pocket (excluding the fitting costs) and just not have to waste one more minute chasing these people.
The rep I dealt with just had a bad attitude, couldn’t care less, just tried to get me off the phone, wouldn’t let me speak to their manager and just fobbed me off at every opportunity, whenever I did get the chance to hunt her down. I’ve genuinely been incredibly patient and calm with these people up until this point.
I have never experienced such poorly coordinated service or after care with anything I’ve ever bought, seriously.

Arranged delivery TOLD to ring for an ETA, tried to deliver almost 3 hours later than ETA despite telling them wouldn't be in. Failed to ring me when they said they had and failed to answer points in emails of complaint. Ending up paying a re-delivery charge for their error. Appalling company to deal with !!

Spent nearly £900 on 2 radiators and one of them was leaking from the end cap.
Despite advising the company of this as soon as we plumbed them it took over 1 month and numerous emails / calls to ensure we were replied to and offered a near satisfactory resolution. Meaning we couldn’t fit the floor for nearly 1 month because the radiator was leaking!
The initial resolution was they’d send a spare end cap but that they “do not hold any liability for any consequential loss suffered by yourself in relation to any Goods supplied.“
Meaning I was left to cover the costs of the heating engineer coming back to replace the end cap that was provided with a hole in it... Or perhaps I was expected to fit it myself, given I’m not a qualified engineer I decided to give that a miss.
The customer service team honestly couldn’t care less and just kick out the same automatic replies about not holding any liability etc. We finally managed to get them to agree to refund the cost of the engineer coming back.
Really hope we don’t ever have to contact them again as it’s such a painful process - Safe to say we will be buying the radiators for the rest of the house from another supplier.
Totally appreciate things go wrong sometimes but making your customers chase up the way we had to simply to be provided with a working product without any further costs is ridiculous.

Terrible experience - bought a decorative cast iron radiator for £1,300.
Delivery was ok albeit a day late as i am in Scotland. That's what you are getting ONE star for the rest is ZERO stars. It arrives in 2 x sections which i knew with a joining key. Check the small print when you order as they get you to sign for a bespoke order and you are agreeing that the sealing joints between the radiator sections can sometimes open in transit causing potential leakage. But crucially you are agreeing that all the joins are the responsibility of yourself & the Plumber/Installer.
Mine arrived with a gasket nipped outside causing a leak, my engineer fixed this with a spare seal but then when he commissioned it there was water spraying everywhere from multiple leaks. What should have taken 2 hrs to fit took him almost 7 hrs to tighten and check all 42 seals. One is still leaking and will require it to be dismantled again when the manufacturer sends new seals. They offered a replacement radiator but that would be more costs to remove and re-install as all sections will have to be tightened again.
Their stance is its my fault and they offered a replacement. What they are missing is the additional £350 in labour i have to pay. NO compensation at all was offered. Order from these guys at your peril as they claim everything is pressure tested at factory but then say the sections can come loose in transit. AVOID!!!!!!

Really poor service. Spent nearly £2k on a radiator (had to pay £70 for the key to add the two sections together) and they forgot to send the seals. We didn't realise until the plumber was installing and now have the cost of two plumbers visits and two weeks delay. This was on top of a delay on delivery too. Poor service when you're spending so much. A little extra care and this could have been prevented.

Disappointing customer service - after spending a significant amount of money on multiple radiators (in the thousands of pounds) I was very disappointed by the fact that nearly all of the radiators (having ordered six) were missing parts and leaking. My plumber was able to mostly rectify this - but one radiator needs a replacement part to be supplied by the manufacturers. Cast Iron Radiators 4 U have been slow to respond and unhelpful - taking days to respond and still then with no urgency to fix the problem - when I was purchasing the radiators they were very fast to get back to me but now they have my money they are dragging their feet and even suggested there might a problem with the way they had been fitted, which is obviously not the case. I am very disappointed.

terrible customer service personnel, manager shies away from talking to us on the phone, and we get fobbed off with a sarcastic customer service person called Rhea!! Bad bad company, paid 9000 pounds for radiators, took our money, paid via their website, no issues, all paid up! Then get told by this customer service girl they have to refund the money as a ''security check''??? UK people, UK address, UK phone number BUT because we dont have a landline not possible need to refund and cost us a fortune in the process and THEN we have to pay by BANK TRANSFER! ( as we paid for it while abroad - not everyone lives in a box!!) ''Oh its on our website that you have to do this - YOU NEED TO ADVICE THIS PROMPTLY AT PAYMENT STAGE IF THIS IS THE CASE -
UTTERLY DISGUSTED with this poor company. We will not recommend this company to ANYONE there are better companies with much better staff. We deal with companies all the time due to our business and this is the WORST we have ever dealt with. No doubt they will keep our payment for weeks before refunding it. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER REPLYING.

I can say that I have received a great deal of help from staff in getting the right radiators and parts and that the service and delivery has also been of a very high standard,
