I ordered a bed frame which was to arrive no later than March 5th. I have set up 4 different delivery dates (each day has been rescheduled by the service after I have wasted my time awaiting their arrival). Casterly has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I have already paid for this item. They are not offering. to refund my money. This has been a horrible experience.

I recently purchased the Seb tv unit, coffee table and 2 side units from Castlery UK! The tv unit arrived days later and is absolutely stunning! It is of an extremely high quality and has been admired greatly by my family and friends! However, once the tv unit was in place I felt there was not enough room for the coffee table! I immediately contacted Castlery UK customer services using the link on their website! I explained that I wished to cancel the coffee table and requested a refund! I was pleased that they agreed to this - my refund arrived just days later! I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the two side tables! My entire experience was great! The delivery process was quick and seamless. The Dalton Storage Bed is everything I was looking for. Not only is it high-quality, but it solved my storage issue. The storage drawers are huge and can hold even more than I originally thought. I would definitely recommend this bed, especially if you live in a smaller space and want to maximize storage!

Everything went well no hiccups. Communication was good delivery came exactly when it was expected. Everything went very smoothly. I love style of the merchandise that I’m obsessed with online. I have not assembled the bed yet. But from what I see, it’s exactly what I wanted what you see is what you got. I purchased the Dalton bed with storage. Very excited to see it. The quality of the sofa seat is poor; it’s very uncomfortable. What’s worse, the fabric feels stiff and plastic-like. We’ve had it for over a year, and it looks terribly aged.

I had a great experience with Castlery support. I had a medical emergency and needed to reschedule my furniture delivery date. Niya, responded very quickly and helped me move the delivery date. She went above and beyond and even got the rescheduling fee waived. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I’ve bought various pieces of furniture from Castlery throughout the years. They really do honor their warranty, which i appreciate. The furniture construction never disappoints and I love their modern style and decor. One thing that I struggle with is their return policy, but when I explained my situation to their customer service (my representative is Tvya), they were able to help me out. Tvya has been so kind and accommodating. She updated me every step of the way and was able to find a solution that works for me. Thank you, Tvya for all that you do!
