I recently received a furniture delivery from Castlery handled by Equinox Logistics, and I had an excellent experience.
From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and helpful. I had just moved into a large apartment building and initially had trouble even finding my unit, but the delivery team was patient and went out of their way to assist me.
Even though I selected a basic delivery service and expected the items to be left in the lobby, they went above and beyond by bringing everything safely up to my floor and directly to my door.
On top of that, I had just received a TV delivery and was struggling to carry it upstairs. Without hesitation, they kindly offered to help me, which I truly appreciated.
The communication from their dispatch team was also top-tier, they scheduled delivery at my convenience and even called me an hour before arrival as requested, which made the whole process seamless and VERY fast.
Overall, this was one of the best delivery experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Equinox Logistics for their professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but they genuinely deserve it!

Stellar Customer Service
I had an issue right after submitting my order. The price went down significantly. I reached out to customer service right away via email and chat. Enna on the chat was able to help me cancel my order so I could place a different order at the sales price. While it seemed more expedient to issue a refund for the difference, she explained how she could not do that due to the price match policy. After chatting a bit more we landed on this very satisfactory solution. I recieved my order cancelation and placed a new order at the lower price. Outstanding customer service and I’m looking forward to my sofa’s arrival.

I bought the Seb dining room set last year and fell in love with it. Retired now and downsizing, the Seb matching office desk is the perfect companion.
Delivery was a total surprise. The desk arrived a week early.

I made an error with my postcode and only noticed the day before delivery. The customer service team could not have been more helpful, got it changed and delivery happened as scheduled. The items arrived and the quality is even better than I had hoped for. Very sturdy and solid and made to last. Even the delivery men commented on such high quality items (and they probably delivery for multiple furniture companies).
