Disgusting company should be shut down

Disgusting company should be shut down. Literally thieves in disguise. They have blocked me withdrawing £25 for literally months and months. Provided so much documentation to them it’s actually beyond safe and they still continue to ask for more and try and tell me not to redact sensitive info completely unrelated. HOW HAS THIS COMPANY NOT BEEN INVESTIGATED FINED AND SHUTDOWN??? I’m genuinely speechless at the level of blatant thieving

670 Pounds stuck , did't come to bank

honestly i make a withdrawal of 670 pounds to my bank from casumo i am still waiting from 15days its still did't come to my bank even i provide bank statement. 10 pound withdrawal was made at the same time that came straight way to the same bank honestly it was a really bad experience with casumo i use number of other sites skycasino ,virgin bet and 4 more but problem with withdrawal did't happen not even single time , the customer support team in casumo is useless .from my experience don't come to casumo if u really don't want to loose even after winning . thanks

Scam stay clear

Player protection team is an escuse to hold onto your monies you have won.

They have paused my account due to the amount I have won. They are now questioning my bank statement and why I am purchasing a 50k car. NONE of their business.

Robbbing company stay away! Looks like they are having money issues them self's looking at the recent reviews and the number of accounts they have locked and monies they are holding.

Maybe they should send me there banking info I could potentially help them as they are clearly struggling

Incredibly misleading website

Incredibly misleading website. I was looking for a new casino as a gambler, I had the weird mental process that the last casino was bad luck so I wanted to change. I was at a net loss so I queried with support if they offered cashback on net losses, they stated they do multiple times, even gave me a day of the week this is processed. I emailed as this didn't hit, heard nothing back. I went onto to lose an additional £1,500 as I was told by their staff cashback on net losses was a perk so I played with them thinking, at least I'll get like £150 back, like BetMaster. Reached out again this week, was told this is not a thing they offer, customer service was unable to understand I was asking for this to be honoured and just kept going around in circles that they do offer a loyalty programme (all I got from this was like £30 worth of play from 2k) and this is what they meant when they clearly agreed multiple times percentage based cashback on net losses was mentioned. After I cut them off repeating themselves and asked for escalation, still haven't heard anything. Business is a joke and their customer service is shocking.

Avoid Casumo at all costs. They promised a welcome offer and then refused to credit it after I signed up and deposited. When I contacted customer support, Tommy was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they closed my account when I challenged them about the missing bonus.

Terrible customer service, misleading promotions, and zero respect for customers. There are far better gambling sites out there that actually honour their offers and treat players properly. In my experience, Casumo cannot be trusted.

Received an email today regarding money…

Received an email today regarding money in my account from 11 months ago!! I did try to withdraw at the time but was refused my money as I had blanked out sensitive ( and irrelevant) details from the full bank statement requested.
I gave up in the end.
After receiving my email today I logged in and have tried to withdraw again…. No success so far. I tried to play with the remaining balance and my game play has been blocked. Email states £5 a day will be removed from the balance if not used or withdrawn. Is this the reason for not allowing my me neither play or take my money??

I've been playing since January

I've been playing since January. This is a terrible place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I haven't seen even a small win. Triggering bonus games seems almost impossible. It's just constant deposits with no enjoyment at all. On top of that, I've seen many reviews mentioning ongoing withdrawal problems. I do not recommend it to anyone.

NON PAYMENT OF WINNINGS

I won 8000.00 on this site was verified mamaged to withdraw 6000.00 the last 2k couldn't get they froze my account and wanted new verification, I sent in literally hundreds of forms ID etc all got rejected even a letter from my bank verifying all my details and account number to pay fund's into still rejected so obviously will not be seeing my money. I COMPLAINED to ASKGAMBLERS they rejected my complaint as they said casinos can withhold payments if they want, so no luck there but remember ASKGAMBLERS is funded by the casinos and it is in their best interest to keep them happy so before you bet big and win big make sure you are fully verified and do a test withdrawal with your own funds first my advise don't play on casumo it will cost you

Be very wary about this online casino…

Be very wary about this online casino and avoid at all costs. I decided to close my account as I was too busy at work for distractions of this nature. I had over £1,000 in the account and asked for this to be refunded and please close my account. 10 days on, no real response from Casumo, and no money back either. They will not let me log on either to withdraw my monies. I have reported them to the gambling commission for fraudulent actions as well, ie retaining my funds.

Deposited £10 and didn’t mess around with any welcome bonus and got straight to playing. Slots kept me playing for ages taking me down back up again. Then upping my stake and kept winning. Ended up withdrawing £500 off my first £10 deposit. I verified my account before depositing and the withdrawal came through straight away. Amazing app. I don’t know how it’s rated so low!!

I counted the amount of 16s the dealer had. The answer was 6. Every single time, the dealer pulled either an Ace or a 5 out. Remarkable. Meanwhile I'm over here trying to not hit a 10 on my 12 hands, failing every single time. Something something fair and reliable RNG.
