My bathroom was in dire need of a remodel, and I knew I needed expert plumbing help. From the start, their team was professional and attentive. Mark came out to discuss my vision and offered great suggestions based on his experience. He coordinated perfectly with the other contractors, making the entire process seamless. When the plumbing work was done, I was thrilled with the result. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them in terms of quality and service.

I had Neil quote me for a new boiler & four new radiators, I was happy with the price & arranged for the work to be done, a day & a half after starting the job all was up & running. All left neat & tidy & house once again nice & warm. Thanks for a job well done.

I don’t leave many reviews but feel it necessary to write this review with a worthy five stars. Neil is an exceptional plumber. Someone’s once said to us Neil works magic and I have to say he does. Our recent bathroom installation is excellent. We cannot thank him enough for how he has installed the bathroom and helped with the design. We have known Neil for sometime and he has serviced and installed our central heating. He has a real hard working individual who always leaves the house in the Clean state after work. We also need to mention Kate who has worked so very hard during the installation. A tremendous team The timescale and estimate were all adhered to. We would recommend this company to anyone as being reliable, professional honest and hard-working thank you so much !

Neil responded very promptly to assess and quote for a replacement boiler after ours failed in the midst of a cold snap. His quote was very reasonable and installation on the Monday - as quickly as the new unit was available. Neil was courteous and helpful and the installation was clean and neat. He also tidied up the mess of old pipes and wires and protected the carpets and flooring when moving the large new unit up three floors!
Neil’s quote was adhered to with no extras. I highly recommend Caton’s and have done so already - to friends where he quickly and efficiently replaced another failed boiler to there great relief and satisfaction.

I have used Neil for the past three years on different projects. From plumbing a new build, new boiler installations and drainage issues. Neil and Adam are both hardworking and I'm always surprised at how quickly and efficiently they complete jobs. I have used various plumbers in the past and have always had issues with workmanship. Neil's workmanship is excellent would highly recommend.

Neil came to look at a fault with the boiler in my rental property, identified a leak in the system and fixed the (not insignificant) problem within a week. The work was very neat and he left the property tidy. Excellent communication and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Neil.

We have used Caton Plumbing for a number of plumbing services including 2 new bathroom refits, one completed just this week. Both Neil and Adam are hardworking, efficient, tidy and quick workers. They do not stop from morning to night, even for biscuits! Neil went over & above, answering my never ending stream of messages about showers & radiator fittings! The end result is a made to measure bathroom with a high end finish completed within a week with minimal disruption! Two great guys who go above and beyond to provide a highly professional service. 100% recommend!

Neil and Adam were fantastic for installing a new bathroom suite. From coming to inspect, getting a quote and installing was all done with little fuss.

The finish on the work is excellent and all work carried out was clean too.

Contacted Neil by text at 9:45pm and he answered and arranged a visit to 2 days later. He quoted a competitive price and the following week.
He and Adam removed the old boiler, water tank in the loft and the hot water cylinder and by 3:45pm the new boiler was working, radiator fitted and a new shower bar was installed. We were amazed how quick and efficient they were.

We recently had Neil and his team complete an underfloor heating project alongside a number of other plumbing jobs as part of some renovations. He and the team are polite, clean, good value for money, always on time and most importantly did a fantastic job. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Chris & Lena

I woke up to an unexpected leak in my living room ceiling this morning. I contacted Neil from Caton plumbing and heating and I got a very swift response. I sent through a few photos to show where the leak was and he knew what was wrong right away. His colleague Adam came round early afternoon and quickly sorted the problem without any issues. This was all done within the space of a few hours. They were happy to come out short notice to fix the leak which I really appreciate.

Nice and friendly, great communication and more than decently priced. Overall great service and now I have a nice warm home again (minus the leaks!). I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic plumbers and really helpful. They rang back quickly and came out really fast to help when our boiler broke. They are very polite and clean and provide and superb service. I highly recommend Caton’s plumbing And heating.

I contacted Neil to obtain a price for a replacement combi boiler. He came out the next day and the price was very reasonable. He advised on the size I needed and it was fitter a few days later by Neil & Adam. Both very professional and well mannered. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

I wanted to upgrade my Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler so I searched the Worcester Bosch website for installers in Chesterfield area. I contacted 5 local installers, 2 of which never bothered to respond.
Neil got in touch very quickly and visited me the following evening to give me a quotation.
I was very impressed with his advice and manner. He didn’t try to sell me something that didn’t need and his quotation was approximately what I had expected the work to cost.
The change of boiler went very smoothly and completed within 3 hours. Everything was left clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away.
I’m very happy with the work done and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil, (Caton’s Plumbing and Heating).

We wanted a big upgrade on our bathroom. Neil worked it through with us, quoted and then came when he said he would and he and Adam worked so hard. The finish is fabulous, totally different bathroom/wet room. He solves any problems and listens to what you want. I can’t praise him, them, enough. He’s just been out again to tweak a couple of things, no problem. I’d use him again and have no problems suggesting if you need a plumber go to Catons.

Amazing Service highly recommend. Neil and Adam came and installed a new gas boiler having converted from coal. My husband is a perfectionist and is very particular about pipes and wiring being tidy. Neils standard of work is amazing so tidy and professional, informative and made sure we had the best boiler for our home. He shared his knowledge and was happy to give advice on underfloor heating. I am so happy I found Neil and will be recommending him to anyone wanting any plumbing work. Thank you so much see you every year for a boiler service.

Neil came originally to quote me for a new boiler. Having looked at my system which involved solar heating the water, he recommended we change the boiler like for like. He arrived on time went straight to work. He spent time going through my whole system explaining what changes he had made to make it more efficient. Would absolutely recommend his services , top quality work, friendly advise, a true professional tradesman.
I then asked Neil if he could replace 6 room thermostats that control the underfloor heating with NEST thermostats. Without hesitation he said he was sure he could. I had previously asked several companies who all declined or never replied.
Once again turned up on time Neil & Adam changed all the stats over, a lot of re wiring in the basement, new control units etc. Brilliant job. My system has never worked so well.
In a nutshell these guys are not just plumbers. They are problem solvers, completing work to very high standard.
