I was first approached back in February 2018 by Cavendish Kane about a possible claim to recover my investment losses in CFD trading carried out in 2009.
Like many I didn't like the idea of the cold calling approach and left it alone.
In May this year I had another email and thought much the same. However, nothing ventured nothing gained, I decided to call Cavendish Kane to discuss, I looked at reviews and also looked at FSCS website. I was convinced that there was strong substance behind what I found and heard so thought how else can Cavendish Kane contact me other than cold calling, they certainly had all the details of my case. I decided to let them proceed with my claim.
Bearing in mind that I didn't have a single piece of paperwork or couldn't even remember who I invested with back in 2009.

5 weeks after signing up I got some FSCS paperwork. It was already completed by Cavendish Kane, I just had to read it, check it and was happy to sign.
3 more weeks and I received a five figure sum into my bank.
All my CFD losses recovered, less the Cavendish Kane fees.

Yes, I had to pay a 25% fee plus VAT.
However, I didn't know that I could claim, didn't have a scrap of original paperwork and didn't know how to claim anyway. Cavendish Kane did it all.
Worth the fee to me.

It is possible to do everything yourself in a claim, but I certainly wouldn't know where to start, and I didn't know I could claim anyway until Cavendish Kane contacted me.
If you have any doubts then all I can say is have a go. You've already lost your money and probably written it off....you might get some back.
They are a professional company who know how to make your claim.
