Very professional service, good communication at all times, I received monies for some of my losses that I thought were gone, fast settlement payment.

The team were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The claim was successful and correspondence transparent. I would recommend for several reasons. Firstly they care. Secondly they communicate and finally in my case they were successful.

No fuss and nonsense, just got on with the job and delivered to spec.

Cavendish Kane offered to support me in making a claim, that I would have found hard to do myself. They did what they said they would and kept me informed along the way. Once agreed by the FCSC payment was prompt. The only real effort on my part was answering some relatively straight-forward questions from the FSCS. I feel a satisfied customer.

I was not aware I was able to claim this money back therefore I was not very proactive or swift in dealing this. But the C K people kept ptrompting me for everything I needed and they recovered my money. Only downside is they get 30% of my money for doing it!

Managed brokers had promised me great returns if I invested with them back in 2008/2009. After investing over £30k with two different brokerage firms, they managed to loose all my funds within 8 months from CFD trading. I was devastated at the time and thought that was it all moneys gone.

I had invested in an IPO of an unquoted company called Oxford Renewables; I knew that as an IPO it would be long term. I followed their progress on their web site and came to the conclusion that what I had invested in was a pale imitation of what I thought I had invested in. having come to that conclusion I appreciated that I wasn't going to have capital appreciation but was hoping for at least some sort of dividend. I was shocked to discover in a letter from the Avon & Somerset police telling me that Oxford Renewables was a scam and refunding me $500 odd. Cavendish Kane then made me aware of compensation from FCSC .

Unexpected windfall after I’d almost forgotten about the money I’d lost on CFD trading. Cavendish Kane and Associates dealt with everything for a 20% fee, and the money was forwarded as soon as it was released.
Only downside was the time it took to go through the process - partly due to my delays in responding.

Costs are explained and paid on a win only basis.

The handlers are efficient and keep you updated on a regular basis of the progress in your case so you know whats happening.

Delays are sometimes inevitable as the outcome can depend on third party decisions.

Cavendish Kane submitted two claims to the FSCS on my behalf. The whole process was very straightforward. I simply provided CK with the information they requested and they did the rest. Both claims were successful. I am very pleased with the service i received. Highly recommended.

My case was about recovering an investment in a start-up company, which I'd made through a stockbroking firm which had subsequently been closed down because of some of its activities. I was doubtful if I could get anything back, but Cavendish Kane believed it was worth pursuing, and they turned out to be right. At times it was difficult to find the information they wanted, and sometimes impossible, as the investment had been made five years ago. They continued to press me, or to suggest possible alternative approaches, and the resulting successful claim showed that they were right to do so. They did a good job for me and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Cavendish Kane contacted me and at the time (over 18 months ago) and I didn't realise that I could have pursued the case myself for free. They did not make this clear to me. The case took a long time to resolve - not C.K's fault - but communication on progress and the reasons for delay were lacking. I ended up contacting the FSCS myself to find out what was going on.

I had no specific issues with C.K. and the case was resolved to my satisfaction but next time I'd do it myself.
