Ordered an outfit didn’t fit returned chased and heard nothing no communication and no refund or gift credit - AVOID!!!

The Fishnet Trousers was amazing, had alot comments. The only issue i had is with the shape cut to the top half, if your full figure person, its difficult to fit, leaving spacing.

send me the wrong item that was cheaper then the one i paid for. when i emailed about this months ago i never got a reply, 2 months later, i still haven’t received a reply. awful customer service, even worse how you only get store credit for returning the item. will never buy again.

Just arrived my knitted shacket and I'm in love ❤️ the sizing is perfect and the colours are beautiful! The material is so soft too! Only problem was the delivery was a little longer but was expected cause it was despatched close to the weekend.

Ordered and paid for a jumper and received an email days later cancelling my order. So disappointed! Still not received the refund!

No response to emails. Ordered a coat and the fur is coming off. dont order from here

The fur is soooo soft and the length is perfect. It's really warm inside too and I feel it is a high quality

The worst company I’ve ever experienced!!! Do not buy from here they should be reported and shut down. They do not offer refunds just store credit and they do not respond to emails when you have any problems. I tried to cancel my order within 3 minutes of placing it, I contacted them via email, online chat and through ‘shop’ app, and no response. Now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit as they decided to post it out anyway and ignore me. I don’t want store credit cos your website is full of absolute crap. Worst business ever AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed my order on the 27th stating that I would receive it within 1-3 working day , it’s the 4th now and I have no news about my order , I have only a tracking number that doesn t give any updated until when they ll attempt a delivery which is I don’t know when at all.
Therefore I don’t know about the product since I didn’t receive it yet but about the service definitely very poor.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !!!! i have received an item that is faulty and have emailed them three times over a course of a couple of weeks and no one had replied. The clothing is cheap and not well made and the customer service is clearly non existent as they do not reply!! Never will buy from here again

Love these tracksuits, the only ones I have that don't go bobbly between the thighs.

Poor quality. You can only get store credit for items returned and there is not an awful lot of clothing on the website to choose from. I didn't like anything else so ended up keeping it, even though I'll never wear it! You can see the holes in the material where a label has been removed - I'm guessing it was originally from one of the cheap chinese websites!
