AFFORD AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. On the 27th of November I ordered a large black un voyage bag costing me £25, £28.95 including shipping so it’s not the cheapest bag. I am now writing this on the 11th of December EXACTLY 2 weeks since I ordered the bag and it has still not arrived!!! I have contacted celebthreads via email and Instagram. All I received through Instagram was a worker asking for my order number, I gave them my order number of the voyage bag and no one has got back to me, However they are active on Instagram because there online posting photos to their story. I then sent 4 other messages and did not get a response from Instagram. Then I went to email to further address the situation and I only received 1 email to tell me that Royal Mail could not deliver my parcel and they will find out why and get back to me. NO ONE has got back to me since and I have sent 3 emails out since the first one and I have demanded for a refund but yet no one is replying or giving me a refund for a bag that STILL to this day has not turned up. I then later find out that they have unfollowed me on Instagram so they are still using the account but can’t answer my messages.

Ordered a beautiful jacket via pre order. Dispatched on the correct day (as stated when ordering) and delivered the next day via Royal Mail as promised. Quality jacket and quality service. Thank you.

Instagram messaged Celeb Thread and asked a question about the item I wished to buy which got a quick reply but now that I don’t want the item and would like to return it and requested the return address they do not reply I have also emailed them with the same outcome, it has now been a few days. Terrible service, now looks like I am stuck with an item I will not wear.

I ordered my bag over a week ago, and it said it was in stock. I have also had an email asking me to take a pic and tag Celeb Threads in it.... I am yet to still receive the bag that I have paid for, anyone want to shed any light on this????

I have placed my order a week ago and I have no received anything at all!! I have been emailing non stop and no one has got back to me!!! I do not recommend this company at all. I am absolutely fuming at the lack of service!!! I paid next day delivery I should have received my order by Monday at the latest!!!!

I ordered the large Un Voyage bag on Sunday 4th November. No order confirmation was sent to my email but the money was taken straight away. It is now 8 days later and I have been messaging them through the online contact form (the only way to contact them) and I have only had 1 message back last week to day they will look into it and heard absolutely nothing since despite 2 more messages sent by me. Sounds exactly like another review I have seen on here. I am so disappointed as I really want the bag as it's lovely and heard great reviews about the bag and the website and it's actually a gift from my mother in law so it's her money she gave me. I'm saddened to be writing this really. I just want to know what is going on which I don't think is a lot to ask when I have had money taken from me and not received an item that was supposed to be next day delivery

I ordered a bag for my daughter for her birthday last Sunday and I payed next day delivery and I've still not received it.
Why offer next day delivery and take the money from my account when you've not got the item in stock and send me an email to ask about my purchase, not happy at all I won't be ordering again!!!!

Honestly so impressed! The items I ordered were even better in real life, as they are exactly like the picture shows, which never usually happens with other brands! Will deffo order from here again!!!

Shorts were ripped , very very poor quality buyer beware

Item sent was badly shaped and smelt like chemicals even after washing.

Would not recommend. Save your money don’t think a customer service team exists.

I ordered an item and want to return the item. I messaged via their contact us page last week and I messaged again this week still no response. They don’t have an email address. So how I do return an item with no contact details or address.

Everything came on time and looked exactly as advertised.
