Cancelled our booking with no notice, leaving us pretty much stranded in Belfast and now refusing to refund us

This company cancelled our booking on the day we were expecting them. We had a ab afternoon return from Lochcarron to Plockton ascotland UK!.
Worse still, despite many emails -to which they have responded once. A full month later we have still not recieved a refund. They have effectively stolen a large some of money!
