Pathetic service!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Pathetic service!!! I wanted to share my experience and my mother's so that others can read this and not believe everything they say. Terrible appointments system. They will tell you that you don't have any sessions left even though you will have one or two left. I had to show them my records with the dates of my previous 10 sessions once because they told me I had nothing left, even though I had two more. This is not all, every time my mother or I went there for our session, they would deny doing so saying one thing or another. They just don't want to work. They will tell you that your skin is dry and that they can't do the session and that we should buy the gel from them or that you don't have any sessions left and we should buy more. There is always a different girl. Some of them are so terribly trained that they will just leave patches or burns and rush to finish their job. The front desk manager doesn't say anything to resolve the issues. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. ZERO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an appointment with them for the last arm and face session and they told me I didn't have any sessions left because I changed my time in less than 24 hours. I literally had a message reminder from them. I came from far and paid for transportation and they just sent me back saying they can't do anything about it. This is not the first time they sent me back without doing a session. The front desk manager didn't say a word, even though there were 4 of them sitting and doing nothing. It would have barely taken them 15 minutes. They don't know how to keep the customer happy, they just don't care. My mother and I have always been very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Let me warn you, they will always give you good promotions and talk nicely when they know you are new or close to your last session, but when you book more sessions with them because of the promotion, they will go back to their usual pathetic customer service.
