Pathetic service!!! I wanted to share my experience and my mother's so that others can read this and not believe everything they say. Terrible appointments system. They will tell you that you don't have any sessions left even though you will have one or two left. I had to show them my records with the dates of my previous 10 sessions once because they told me I had nothing left, even though I had two more. This is not all, every time my mother or I went there for our session, they would deny doing so saying one thing or another. They just don't want to work. They will tell you that your skin is dry and that they can't do the session and that we should buy the gel from them or that you don't have any sessions left and we should buy more. There is always a different girl. Some of them are so terribly trained that they will just leave patches or burns and rush to finish their job. The front desk manager doesn't say anything to resolve the issues. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. ZERO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an appointment with them for the last arm and face session and they told me I didn't have any sessions left because I changed my time in less than 24 hours. I literally had a message reminder from them. I came from far and paid for transportation and they just sent me back saying they can't do anything about it. This is not the first time they sent me back without doing a session. The front desk manager didn't say a word, even though there were 4 of them sitting and doing nothing. It would have barely taken them 15 minutes. They don't know how to keep the customer happy, they just don't care. My mother and I have always been very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Let me warn you, they will always give you good promotions and talk nicely when they know you are new or close to your last session, but when you book more sessions with them because of the promotion, they will go back to their usual pathetic customer service.

Their Botox during last 2 months and payed 500 € for that !!! I never seem such worst place like that !!!

If I had to I wouldn’t give any stars. We bought 2 packages for laser treatment last year. My daughter and I had 2 sessions each. Both were purchased during a discounted period. Mine was 480£ For 8 sessions and my daughters were purchased for 336£ for 6 sessions. When I went recently for my daughter’s session we were told that we still owed them some monies. I bought my daughters session as I was told there is a better deal which was way cheaper. We are now being told to pay 236 £ for her otherwise the sessions won’t continue. If this was the case why did they go ahead with the second of even first session if I hadn’t paid in full. They would never carry on with the sessions if these were not paid in full. They have no records of what they commit to. I have also raised this issue with the manager and Twitter and I will keep insisting. I can’t waste my heard earned money due to their unethical behaviour. They also have a non refundable policy so I’m basically stuck with them and either have a choice to leave my daughters laser half way or pay the money that I don’t owe them. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

Scam.Told me a price for lazer, but that it was only for a little part, and then they couldn’t even do all of that because they haven’t done the tests.
In addition the operator told me they have microphones in rooms recording all conversations, which no one informed me about in advance.

Burns after treatment for Centros Unico - no reply to complaints so far! Shockingly bad customer service

The worst company ever. DO NOT but any treatments from them. They shut down their store in Manchester without telling their customers. It has been over a year and I am still trying to get my money back. This company is a scam and owes me more than £800. I have been trying to contact their office in Spain and they are extremely rude, unprofessional and useless saying they cannot help me. £800 gone down the drain.
