Products are good but I wish they can dispatch a little quicker and give me a better tracking details.

Love the outfits but waited way too long for delivery.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 outfits so I could select one to take on my British Isles cruise - they did not arrive in time. They did finally come and when I got home, I tried one on and did not like how it fit. Contacted them about returning the outfits and they offered me $20.00 as compensation - a joke since I spent a total of $120.00 I did notice that all 3 items were Made in China. Must be another Communist China outfit like Temu!!!!

Received an order and things were not cheap, but quality was terrible and fit was even worse. The website says they have a return policy, but this is a lie. When I emailed the customer service provided, it's totally undeliverable, thus, you can forget getting a refund. I would never order from them again!

Was very disappointed with this shirt, the fabric is not what I thought it was and there is no brand label and there is no identification of the fiber that the fabric is made from and I understand by law this has to be attached to all manufactured garments. Also the shape of the shirt is very straight through the body which does not allow for hip width.
If there was a return address I would return it.

The jumper was as described in the advertisement and I really like the fit.

I placed an order for myself so I didn’t mind when Cevaf contacted me to say my order was going to be delayed. It did show up around the first of the year which made it a month after I ordered but the one sweater is spot on to the picture online and the other is just a little bit more subdued in color from the pic. Other than that, they are both soft, warm and cozy. I will definitely order again from Cevaf.

1 word - shocking!!!! Purchased 2 dresses, quality truly appalling and not fit for purpose. 2 dresses purchased totalled £75 which didn’t fit and was offered £9 refund. Company is definitely not based in USA and they will not provide a return address….clearly in China! Should be shut down!

TRASH. I should have known and wish I read these. I just left a negative review on the website and it said it would be posted after reviewed by their admin. Betting it won’t get posted. That’s exactly why everything has 5 star reviews, they won’t allow the negative ones and probably make up the positive ones. Ordered a sweater and the color is completely different, the sizing is completely different. It is literally a different sweater from the photos. It wasn’t cheap and the shipping took forever and tracking didn’t update properly. They say they are in the US, but there is no way. I’m already dreading the return request based off everyone else’s reviews.
