Won’t allow me to return my item and get a refund, even though website says they will under their Return/Exchange policy.

First time shopper but loved the look of the sweater so took a chance. The sweater is so beautiful, instantly received compliments and the quality and value is unbelievable. Will definitely shop here again!

I love the sweater! Very happy with the quality and value. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was it took too long to process the order and get it out for delivery. But I will be purchasing in the future.

Rather a long wait for delivery but I was kept up to date on a regular basis

I am in the middle of issues as we speak. I ordered two items which took over two weeks to arrive. One item cost about $60 and did not fit me. It was too small. I had to search high and low to find how to return. Now on email round three with latest offer being “we’ll give you $14 and you can keep the item. Is that ok?” If that doesn’t say it all I don’t know what does. Someone needs to shut this company down.

I ordered 2 sweaters a month ago and they have not yet arrived. I have reached out to customer service without reply. When I track my shipment via their website, it doesn't recognize the order number. I am concerned this may be a scam.

Incredibly low quality items. Returns are expensive and inconvenient - I was given a return address in Dubai. I'll never order from them again.

The clothes I received were of poor quality and I'm still trying to receive a refund. The company has offered a monetary payment (40%) to keep the items rather that a full refund. Even at a 40% discount the garments are not wearable.
Over 2 months later and I'm still trying to get a refund!!

On time and everything was hot and delicious!

Awaited a couple of weeks for delivery. Dress fitted well but colour wasn’t what I expected . Green yes but the white was not white but a grey. Disappointed in this as dress as wasn’t cheap! Won’t be buying again

I ordered 2 dresses, order accepted and a couple of days later I receive part refund. No explanation or other communication. The 1 dress was received and was as described.

I bought a dress which did take around 2 weeks to arrive. In the picture the dress looked white and green but when it arrived it looks more like grey and green. Disappointed yes and can’t be bothered to return as would take too long for refund! Moral of story yet again don’t buy online if you don’t know the company
