Very good photo book concept
Very good photo book designer tool. In manual mode, it was easy to put the pictures in the layed out boxes. A lot of useful layouts to choose between.
The result was better than expected and some photos looked better in the printout, than viewed on screen!
The delivery was quicker than expected.

When i got the packet
When i got the packet, i was told the packet contains all items. One was missing when i reached home. I reached out to customer service via email. I didn’t get any response. I got the same sms that i had previously that the same order is ready to pickup in the store. I still don’t know whether it is for the missing one or sms are to be ignored.

When you have ordered different products or different sizes of your photos, they will be sent in different packages from production. So you will receive multiple pickup messages when the package arrives.
You have received answers to the emails you have sent us and if there is something you have not received an answer to, I would kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail support@cewe.se so that we can give you an answer.

Problems with HEIC-files
I had a lot of problem this time because Cewe do not accept HEIC-files. And the Cewe myphotos did not work well for me to converte the files to jpeg.
