Sent comics in dec12th they recieved it on the 20 th, but didn’t log it in their system until the Jan 6th, so that’s when their clock starts, not when they receive it, they have turned off customer service instant chat due to how over whelmed they are, I wish I had sent less rare comics at this point as I’ve heard Nothing form them, 187$ to ship and press 2 comics and I have hundreds to go smh, I’m for sure going to try their competitor as their time and prices and reviews are way better, but I will wait I see how much longer cgc takes before I give them a full
review, 2 months in and finally got word they are on there way to grading, they say 20-40 days but what they don’t tell you is that’s for pressing and grading so that’s 20-40 pressing- then 20-40 of grading…. Customer service is actually really helpful being nice but can’t really speed thing along, I don’t suggest being mean because tell put your shit back of the bus, they are supper overwhelmed and doing there best, I don’t think they are trying to screw anyone over
CGC is the most inconsistent grading…
CGC is the most inconsistent grading platform there is. I sent a 9.6 spiderman 300 to get signed by Todd Mcfarlane and received a 9.2 grading and a signature you can't see.I am afraid to send anything else in.
This place is terrible
This place is terrible. First they destroyed one of my books during pressing. It didn't even need it, but I thought, why not? They destroyed it is why not. Then didn't acknowledge it and graded it according to the damage. Then ask anyone about the turn around times. They are absurd they are about six months now . Just awful

In September I bought a beautiful glass ceiling shade and the appropriate fitting. 1) they take money from ur credit/debit card without permission. They state, extra for auto and size. Take it out in the beginning or ask for permission.
2) I asked for authentication and they graded it. Said send it back as reholder and they will only authenticate. Paid 10.00 and 25.00 for return shipping. Got back same graded card.
3) lied to me and said they don't authenticate only. I sent pictures of cards they only authenticated and said oh sorry.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Horrible experience, cards stolen and compensation claim delayed
This was my first time sending cards to be graded and it will be my last. CGC used FedEx to return my very high value Pokemon cards, and the parcel vanished at my local FedEx facility. So, someone either at CGC or FedEx clearly stole the cards. I then requested compensation, they lowballed me and now 20 working days later the compensation cheque still hasn't arrived even though they guarantee it within 15 working days. A horrible experience all around, avoid CGC like the plague. Enjoy my stolen Pokemon cards that I had for 25+ years, you absolute scammers.

Horrible company! Says they’re a UK graders but scam you by actually sending your stuff to the US and charging you £36 for one card for shipping! Their trick is to lure you into a false trap by saying handing is free. Con artists, absolutely no souls anyone working here.
Cgc comics is an absolute scam
Cgc comics is an absolute scam. Sent a brand new comic off to grade, payed for pressing, even though it didn't need it, scored a 9.2, stating it had a scratch on the back. Then i sent a comic I bought from Ebay for grading, it had clear signs of use, I even bent it in half! It scored a 9.8. If this isn't the biggest fraud in history I don't know what is.

So far I've been unable to even submit using their convoluted and glitchy website. Tried contacting them but am not receiving any response. I think I just pissed away $25 after reading all the absolutely horrible reviews thus far..

They don’t grade the cards or comics Iv sent , all they do is get them sent back to them and charge me ridiculous amount to get them sent back to me?? I don’t get what cgc uk does at all ?? Absolutely atrocious handling of a…
Absolutely atrocious handling of a mechanical error magazine. I've had to return the same issue 4 times and each time it's been returned in worse condition. Customer service has not informed me of receipt of package or anything. Poor management and fictitious quality control. They gave me a $30 credit the 2nd time but now, on the 4th return, I'm reluctant to ever use them again.

Now that being said.. I can’t believe how ridiculous of an experience this was. They couldn’t bill my card (unknown reasons, sufficient funds).. so after maybe 5 - 6 calls and at least several e-mails sent on my behalf.. it was resolved. However the entire process ended up taking much longer and if it were not for my own involvement… cgc made no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue and complete my service/ sale.
Also one of my cards that was a PSA 10 got a 5..
The entire experience was disappointing..
Cases are scratched up
Turnaround time was pretty slow, but I'll let that go because I don't know their backlog. What really chaps my hide is that I had 3 comics looked at to see if CGC pressing would help (before grading). That took a couple months more, and they came back with "no' won't help. But they charge a lot for that. Worse is that a month or so after the graded and encased comics came back I noticed that the center of each plastic case was pretty scratched up. I feel that happened because of the design of the case. The centers rub against each other if you stack them, which is how I had them sitting around. Also turns out that they only warrant their work for 14 days. Obviously they know there's a problem there - or they'd stand behind their product longer.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible grading. I took cards out of PSA graded 8 slabs and submitted to CGC expecting to get better grades. Some came back as 5.5. Additionally, they didn't grade a 2004 UD Play Ball Purple Parallel 01/01 because they couldn't authenticate it. . This was after I emailed them with the specifics of the card. I received no response and no reasoning for the refusal to grade. This card was pulled from a pack. They also wouldn't refund me the cost of the grading. I've submitted countless cards over the years to PSA, Beckett, and SCG and never received a card graded below a 7. That's because I won't submit cards unless I think they'll be at least an 8. PSA and Beckett may cost a little more, but do yourself a favor and pay the difference. I know people are frequently disappointed in grades but this was absolutely a joke. I will NEVER submit to CGC again!

This is my first and last grading submission to this company. I started using a site called Epack,
I ended up pulling a pretty sweet marvel card. So I decided because it was so easy and they had an express option that I would submit the card.
I paid $60.00 USD that is over $80.00 CDN to have the card express graded. On the comc webpage it said 3 day express grading it has now been 19 days still no card back.
I graded the card and used the express grade for the sole reason to get the card out fast while it was still hot. This has not happened the product has now sold out and there are multiples of the card available while I have still not received my card back.
I feel the express option is a money grab this being my first time ever grading something it is most definitely not what I was expecting at all.
I have sent them a direct message with hopes they will refund me for the express.
Have now tried reaching out to them multiple times and no one will get back. Sent a a message on Facebook messenger and have been blown off for 2 days now. All they said is someone who is able to help will get back when they can.
I 100% do not recommend using this company in any capacity. The customer service is a joke they are rude they ignore you.
From the reviews this company has received I doubt they will stick around long haul so use your money and grade your items with a professional company that actually cares how its customers feel.
I will never use them again lol completely a waste of money they are not transparent at all pay to express 3 day grade an item and here we are weeks late still no card back and I can’t even get an answer from a customer service representative haha that will be the last money you ever received from me for anything I 100% regret even sending my card to them.
Now on to google to make another stunning review for this company,
