Had the pleasure of handing my large portfolio over to CGT after being messed around by other agents. Everything has been perfect from the start to finish, communication spot on, all the team very efficient and helpful, everything is done professionally and on time i cant praise them enough.

We will never go anywhere else now they have got a client for life.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor management and admin. Have had 2 bookings cancelled because of incompetence (or displayed incompetence in order to get more money). Directors and Managing Directors promise to respond and don't. Useless and money grabbing.

As a landlord aiming to find the ideal tenants for our property, I have been 100% impressed by the communication and updates with ref to tenant viewings by the team at the Tewkesbury office. Worth every penny and a real pleasure to work with, Thank you

Really poor service
No phone call when told I would get one.
Maybe they where tired ,doing nothing
The review is as said , promised a call about selling a house ,but no call.
Actually going in the unit was embarrassing, nobody seemed interested.

Very pleased with the service and after care.
Very professional staff who answered all my queries and kept me updated throughout the process.

The girls there were all very helpful and understanding of my situation. Every time I called, there was always someone available on the phone to answer my questions or queries.

Not a scam, but not a delightful experience. No worse than most lettings agents I've dealt with, though.

I guess you could say that they can't be that bad, as I am still a client, now on my second tenant found by them.
