Used Chadwick Lawrence for conveyancing when buying our first house, solicitors were helpful and worked quickly to get contracts exchanged in just over 2 months from starting

We had what everyone involved in this process described as unprecedentedly experienced difficult buyers in our recent house move. It really was the most stressful ordeal. Rhianne Harris and Kiona Raymond played a big part in getting it over the line. A far from standard conveyancing case, they helped us achieve what felt unachievable. We are very grateful to them for their support and guidance. We got a bit of concern from people in the estate agents over using an ‘online solicitor’ at first but they have disproven the theory that you must use a local firm entirely. Enormous thanks to both these ladies for going the extra mile for us.
