Took my money didn’t receive chainsaw don’t answer there calls and don’t reply to their emails

Great company until they get your order wrong, and then they just ignore your messages.

Fantastic service from the Chainsdirect team, ordered a chain one day and it arrived the next. All at a very competitive price and a genuine Stihl item.

Had trouble finding a 34 link chain for Oregon PS250 Polesaw, as most 8" chains I could find were 33 link. This website had them and they were the cheapest I could find.

Never dealt with this company before . They take your money and run. I ordered a chain and bar for my saw and now find that the chain is to short that was the chain recommended for the bar. E mailed them and had a reply asking what i received and have heard nothing since. Looks like they want your money without the problems.

Ordered 2 x chains, constantly emailed them asking where they were for weeks. Phoned them (when i could get through), eventually they picked up and said they had been delivered. We have never had these and they were not interested in investigating why.

The company I bought my chainsaw didn't have any chains in stock, give me the code for the one I needed and chainsaw direct had one in stock, ordered it at 4pm Saturday come in the post Tuesday morning, top quality delivery service and easy website to use :)
