Beautiful life size porcelain flamingo. I was concerned about the shipping and the item arriving intact. The flamingo was excellently packed arrived within 2 days. I love it!

The shipping took nearly 2 months. After the original shipper cancelled, it took another month for Chairish to get a new shipper. Customer support was nearly useless...they couldn't do anything for me. The shipper that finally delivered my item was wonderful!

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Item was top quality and as described. Communication was excellent and shipping was timely. Delivery was very professional, too. Thank you so much.

Everything was so easy. Great service and the chair was better than I expected. The dealer handled everything quickly and there were no issues.

Delivery went well, very courteous driver. It work out but the notification from the driver came on really short notice, an earlier schedule info would be preferred.

These bookends are even better than they looked in the photos. They are primary gilt painted wood, but have a red berry and some greenery as well. They’re charming and were very well priced.

My only complaint is the piece of furniture arrived a month after it was advertised as being delivered.

Chairish has good merchandise so I am trying hard to work with them despite their difficult and unpleasant nature. I tried to order a $950.00 cocktail table/plant stand. They offered a shipping cost of $450.00 arranged by the shipper despite a distance of approx. 100 miles or offered to have me pick it up myself which would have been inconvenient. I complained about the shipping cost. A few days later they sent me a special offer that included seller arranged shipping at $0.00. I placed the order but your system refused to honor the offer and tried to collect the $450.00 for shipping. I called Chairish and they said the special offer was a mistake and that there was nothing "special" about the offer. Why did they waste my time with these games? I later ordered a lower quality cocktail table/plant stand from Chairish which had a reasonable parcel service shipping cost. I am really trying to work with Chairish despite the unpleasantness.

To be honest I never heard of Chairish before and was skeptical at first. I really liked the item so I decided to take a chance and order from there. I was amazed the item shipped out the following day, transaction was quick and smooth. I am now a Chairish member!

Chairish met our need as a place to rest a weary head. Delivery agents were polite, accommodating and efficient, as they moved the sofa into place quickly. They relocated other furniture items out of the way with ease and little fanfare. Thank you for the no hassle order and delivery as well as a good deal for quality furniture!

SHIPPING. FROM BEGINNING TO END. Actually deliver people were fast and efficient. But items were not delivered as scheduled (and after a month's delay), were not on truck, had never been moved from NJ warehouse, despite me getting alerts they were on their way. No more Chairish shopping for me.

Delivery was very efficient. I was communicated with during the process. Purchase was as expected.
