I had an issue with my package being misdelivered, which was 100% Ontrac fault because the deliverer simply did not READ!!! Chalk Line was very helpful with providing me information and was very professional although they weren't the ones who screwed up the delivery. My jacket I got was legit and made me excited because it's a throwback on what I watched growing up, Mighty Morphing Power Rangers LOL!!!

Had a great experience with the customer service team when an item I bought had the wrong size. The team helped me get a return label and I was able to send out the item with minimal hassle. Overall, would recommend purchasing from this group because of the strong customer service along with great products.

Customer service gets a 5 star!! They respond fast and are very understanding! Had asked about a promo code sale they were having after i had already placed my order a day or two after & they were happy to apply it as a refund! Very great company love and will support again!

Unfortunately I came across this website - because it forced me to buy a jacket. (Attention irony)

Since the shipping to Europe is not quite cheap (customs fees, which of course the company can't help), you naturally think twice about whether you should order there. The package arrived within the specified time frame. Very fast for a shipment from America! However, when I opened the package, I was super happy to have ordered from chalk line. The jacket I ordered looks absolutely awesome and the quality is worth the price.

Would I order there again? Definitely!

On 12/10/2024 I placed an order for a Jacket that was in stock. I waited 7 days and started to notice that the Item had not been shipped. I contacted support and they and they assured me that item was shipped and would arrive by Christmas. After that email no follow up. I gave it 3 more days, emailed back advising them that no order received after already two weeks. No Response. I emailed once again advising that now after Christmas still shows item was not shipped. They finally advised that they did not know why and that it might have been lossed is now out of stock and I needed to order something else. No After roughly 3 weeks, No Apology, no concession. I will not ever be placing an order or referring this company again.

I ordered a jacket in the wrong size and I was able to exchange my item and keep the sale price. They were quick to respond and they honored the sale price And the turn around for my item was fast. And their emails were personable and professional. I would definitely order from this company again.
And there was no charge for shipping the correct product
