Service was good with timely delivery. The only reservation I had was the shade of gold paint used for the frame of the mirror. It was a reddish/orange and would have looked a great deal nicer had it been a paler shade of gold.

I have already recommended this company to a friend. The website was easy to use, full details of products given. My mirror arrived well protected and on the specified date, which the company sales person confirmed with a phone call. I was very impressed with the service.

Bought a mirror and it's lovely, solid and looks more expensive than it was. Good service - they called to tell us a delivery date. Although it arrived the day after that, it was ok as I'd asked to leave it somewhere safe.

Very pleased with the mirror. The quality is excellent and it looks amazing. However, the delivery service leaves much to be desired. The company were unable to give us a delivery time slot, so my husband took a day off and waited in all day, but no delivery. When the re-arranged delivery finally happened, the driver did not give my husband enough time to get to the door as we live in a town house and he needed to come down 2 flights of stairs. Instead he took the mirror to a neighbour, despite being told NOT to, and on seeing my husband he indicated where he'd left it and told my husband to collect it himself.
However, despite the poor delivery experience, I would use the company again as everything else was perfect.
