Channel Escapes were absolutely outstanding. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient. Everything was perfect, from the booking stage, right the way through to travelling home. Would recommend to anyone, and would definitely use them again.

All aspects of our trip to Jersey were covered and everything went smoothly.

We made the booking via Secret Escapes for a Silver wedding treat. It was our first visit to the Channel Islands (Jersey) but the Channel Escapes people made the whole process simple and we knew exactly what to do when we arrived and got to the hotel etc. It all worked perfectly. The hotel and room were fantastic and the hire car was just the job for the country lanes.
What was especially nice was that when you called Channel Escapes the call was answered directly by a friendly person who could deal with your request on the spot, and not by some robotic voice giving lots of options! Such a difference.
The whole weekend was great and the islanders were very friendly and helpful too. We would like to go back soon when the weather is better and would be certain to use Channel Escapes.

Very good company! Always very helpful on the phone or by e-mail. We booked a trip to Guernsey that was cancelled due to Covid. They rebooked it (twice!) but we still couldn’t go so eventually we took up their offer of a very good hotel in Jersey where the Covid restrictions were less severe. We had a wonderful time!
We are now in the process of booking another trip to Guernsey but are having difficulties because of my health problems. Channel escapes are being very patient and we hope to make it next year.
Highly recommended!

Very good customer service when our flight was cancelled at the last moment on a bank holiday weekend. Everything was reorganised and pushed back 24 hours and we had a great time!
