The office is ideally situated in Park Gate. The staff are very friendly and amenable. Kerry Little, Sales Manager, has been proactive throughout our search to find a new home in the area. Not necessarily an easy task, as we gave them a narrow search area!

I had a really positive experience with Charters throughout my tenancy at Flat 3 Whittington Court,and would happily recommend them.

The team was always professional, friendly, helpful and very transparent from the beginning to the end of my tenancy. Communication was excellent, and whenever I needed any help or had a question, they responded promptly.

What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was documented. Before I moved in, they provided detailed photographs showing the condition of all areas of the property. When my tenancy ended, they visited the property, carried out an inspection and again provided a detailed report with photographs.

This made the whole process, especially regarding my deposit, feel very fair and transparent. I never felt that they were trying to find unnecessary reasons to deduct money from my deposit, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I was very happy with the service I received. A big thank you to the Charters team for making my tenancy experience smooth, professional and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The first time I was shown round the property, the young lady gave us wrong information. I was told it was a probate case, but actually it was a power of attorney case, the poor lady had not died!
Otherwise all good, pleasant and informative, regular updates, fairly easy to get hold of the right people.
