Lily has been exceptional throughout our search for a new home in Southampton. She has been incredibly helpful in securing our new property and guiding us through the reference checks. Although a recent change to my bank details caused some complications with the referencing company, requiring numerous phone calls, Lily handled the situation with utmost patience and professionalism. She consistently supported my wife and me until everything was resolved. I highly recommend Lily at Charters Park Gate for any rental needs.

We had a couple of initial issues with IT but the Charters local team were very responsive to our feedback and provided solutions that got our property on the market. A good service with helpful staff.

Great experience finding a place in Brighton. They were quick with sending forms and Sam was excellent when it came to the viewings. 10/10 service.

We were selling long distance from 350 miles away (selling a relative's property under LPOA) so the good service we had from Charters (initially Michael Jones) made a real difference. We were kept informed about interest and viewings and were given good advice from Louis about pricing the property. When we accepted an offer Jane Tomlinson was a good point of contact and was very efficient at chasing up solicitors etc. She was readily available on the phone and always followed up on a phone call with the action needed. This was a long haul as the market was very stagnant when we were selling so it made a real difference dealing with an efficient estate agency. Thank you!

I love renting through Charters! The service I receive has been and is always great! They are helpful, responsive and very considerate. We recently purchased our house through Charter Estate Agents and had a fantastic experience throughout the whole process.

Gosh, where to start?! When I was told I would be assigned a sales progressor for my house purchase this was something I’d never heard of before and was therefore apprehensive off what she/he would bring to the table. However, Jane Tomlinson was amazing. Always keeping me informed and giving me advice to bridge the gaps where solicitors were slow and lacking in communication.
