I had previously been let down by another company, so I found viking on line, I was very impressed with responding timeand very clear communication, nothing was too much trouble, they arrived on time and cleared the garden within half a hour, there prices are very competitive, all in all very professional and very impressed.

Do find the website useful however I had 1 electrician complete work to a high standard booked him to come back he never turned up. Contacted him said he'd call back with another date as there'd been an issue with his calendar. Never contacted me. Arranged another electrician contacted me with a price, confirmed date and time. Again never turned up and didn't even bother to contact me. Think it's just pot luck to be honest if you get a reliable tradespeople on here.

The company as a whole is very professional from start to finish which gives you confidence in making your decision which company to use. The produce is excellent quality and the fitting so good you wouldn’t know you’ve changed windows. We also had a front door fitted which is of equal quality and very impressive. Very pleased with everyone at the company. Superb effort at competitive prices. Thirteen windows and a door with an internal security systems. Thank you.

Joel arrived on time, having given me notice of his arrival by text.

On arrival he did an inspection of the job and gave me a brief on his plan before setting to work.

Despite the intense heat, Joel continued non-stop, keeping me informed of his progress. My new Ceiling Fans with Lights were installed and working inn very good time.

I have no hesitation in recommending Joel. In fact I have engaged him for further work. Thanks to his very professional advice I will be seeing him again soon.

Work carried out was satisfactory though still having problems. Very overpriced for the work carried out. Both parties were very friendly and helpful to a degree. They arrived earlier than scheduled and I was charged for 2 hours work which was carried out just over an hour.

Fantastic experience with DSBUK. One of few companies I contacted that could install within the next few weeks. Communication was great, price was excellent and even offered me a different unit in order to get it fitted sooner. The work was completed professionally and within 4 hours and I am more than happy with the result.

Used checkatrade for plumbers who simply ripped me off. Shoddy work. Cash job even gave so called tradesmen a bit extra. Will now req plumbers to put right there work. Will never use checkatrade again. Be warned.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tom of 352 Electrical Ltd. when he visited to remove and install our new kitchen hood extractor. He was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my experience. Tom took the time to answer my questions clearly and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. He even made time to fix my electric lawn mower without an extra charge. It shows that he really cares about his customers.

The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I was particularly impressed by Tom's friendly attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. It is clear that he takes pride in delivering a high standard of care and service.

Ken’s Removals at very short notice arranged to move items to three separate addresses. Ken and his colleague were very courteous, friendly and efficient. They even moved an old washing machine onto the path outside to allow room for the one they were transferring for me. I would definitely recommend them. Very reasonable price too

Good responses from trades people, however feel the website needs more AI introduced to be able to pick up the specific job request as the headings are quite general and trades people have to ask further questions regarding the job requested.
