Mark and the team were fantastic and quite literally saved me thousands of pounds.
They were very transparent about their fees and the processes, so there were no unexpected charges.

We used checkmylegalfees to reclaim overcharged fees on the fees charged to probate a relatives will . Mark was excellent and despite becoming more complicated due the original solicitors going into receivership, I was always kept updated and assured we would get a result , and after many months I am pleased to say we now have over £3500 in overcharged fees returned.

I can never seem to get a response anymore from these guys. I've emailed Craig, Ben, and Mark and have had barely any communication from them. I've had a "claim" open since January 2021, they supposedly had a response from the company I'm supposed to be claiming against, so I sent them reference numbers, dates etc and then silence.

I sent a few emails and got a response in July 2022 and told to wait for the Belsner case, which had already been and gone by December 2021 if I remember correctly. I emailed again, nothing. Emailed and got a response saying my case has been put with a group of others and are being dealt with at the same time. I've emailed countless times, and its been silent ever since the last response in 2023.

The most recent email I've sent was Thursday 6th February 2025 and exactly 4pm to Mark Carlisle and guess what...no response. All I've asked for is an update on my case but I've been left in the dark!! Not happy at all.

I can’t fault Mark Carlisle and Heidi Molloy for all the hard work they had done on my case. Unfortunately personal injury solicitors massively overcharged me for work done on the case. Top People. Unfortunately Personal Injury Solicitors are not very truthful and will overcharge and make up fees. Did a great job for me and as I was left disables the few thousand pounds they got me back really comes in handy.
