I have emailed them numerous times. No one responds. I cancelled my vip and they still sent product. I don’t know how this company and their other brand pop fit stay in business with unscrupulous practices. I’m calling my credit card company for help.

Signed up for the monthly subscription first order shipped within a few days. Tracking info shows the order was never delivered. Contacted company 2 weeks after order was shipped was told to.wait another 5 business days. After that i still did not receive order asked for.a refund and told I could only get a credit. Why would I want a.credit if I never got.the order in the 1st place. Had to.file a dispute with credit card. Poor customer service

Honestly their undies are pretty decent.
The boyshorts I got stretch a lot, they can fit my big girl booty and my big girl balls and peen no problem.
Really comfortable material, I've probably never worn a more comfortable material.
I can say confidently that these would be great for cuddling.

I ordered 2 pair with one of the deals they had just pay shipping. One of them the side sewing came undone after wearing two times. I not that big and I got them a little to big. Just not put together well. Can't even wear either cause the material rides up my butt. Very uncomfortable. I didn't want a thong. Waste of money if you ask me. I thought it was a joke or something. Didn't think they were a real company after I tried them on.

So i signed up for the subscription on December 15th. The package shipped December 17th. I still haven't received it, as of January 6th.I reached out and cheek boss said that they were sorry but the only thing they could do was re charge me $8.99 to re ship the items or send them no charge with my next subscription. Well I am NOT keeping that after this incident. So I lost out on money, and they're offering me a replacement.. for more money. I don't think so. It was impossible to get any information from UPS they kept saying it was the shippers responsibility to help me. So I'm out money. Thanks for nothing cheek boss!

I love my cheek boss panties. I’ve spend so much money trying every viral panty I can find and twice now I’ve returned to cheek box because while they can be seen as “expensive” they are super comfy and they made with quality material so I’m not replacing panties because they can’t hold up to be washed. They never ride up and they don’t leave line under my clothes. They come in all sorts of styles and patterns.

I love cheek boss because they're true to their word. All of their undies their cute sleep sets, and bras are super soft. They stretch to fit your body, and honestly no matter what body size you are they have a fit for you. It's really worth a try at least I recommend it! They're super comfortable, I'm obsessed with the adorable prints, if you're cutesy, girly, or just like cute style they've got it girl!! I've experienced nothing but greatness from the whole cheek boss team. I'm not even a influencer or paid to review but I'm so happy with my experience from cheek boss so far. I also recommend becoming a VIP member, you'll save a lot of money and there's a lot of perks to it. I'm very happy so far.

I have a favorite brand of underwear and decided to give cheekboss a try instead of my normal go to. It's okay, but it won't be replacing my favorite brand anytime soon. I ordered four pairs of undies and one bra. The bra is horrible. There's no padding at all, leaving me feel exposed and there's no band of any kind so it just rolls up. I don't get why they make it with spots for inserting padding but then don't give you any pads. The straps are not adjustable and fall down. Definitely do not get their bras. The undies are soft and I like the designs but the material is slippery and sometimes they feel like they're moving around and riding up and they are a little too narrow in the gusset. It's also kind of annoying not to be able to put them in the dryer, honestly. I definitely prefer my go to cotton brand. I personally would not pay full price for anything from here.

The product is not for me. The material is cheap, slimy material athe your pants slide down during the day. The fit is not comfortable or flattering. Add suspenders and you can pull the up and wear them as a body suit. I was really excited to shop a company encouraging bodily positivity but it's really just cheap temu grade crap. The customer service was also bad. Don't sign up, its almost impossible to cancel.

I first discovered check boss about a year ago. they were running a special so i ordered 2 pairs. Since then I have ordered 8 more. A little pricy but i love the fit and quality ! Definitely will order more!
