Terrible customer experience. I have ordered from Cheekboss for many years now, however I noticed that this time my order included items that were significantly smaller than previous orders. Upon sending photos to the customer service team they said that they could offer a DISCOUNTED exchange which is crazy and then in addition that it's normal for companies to change sizes. They offered no option of refund, simply a free pair of undies in the future. Thought I had found a great brand, but I will not be ordering from them again.

This is the BEST underwear I have literally ever owned. Ive tried all kinds of brands and am literally obsessed. 10/10.

It's generally alright. Cute designs and comfortable. Only problem is the stitch work isn't the cleanest. One of the bottoms that I got had a noticeable hole in the seam. Also, overtime, expect the fabric to get those little worn-out bumps.

I ordered 3 pairs of clearance underwear. I understand those are final sale. HOWEVER- they got lost in the mail and I never received them. You can even see that from the tracking. It says it never made it past Orlando and will be delivered by 7/15. Its the 30th. I contacted cheek boss on the 23rd and first they made me wait 5 more business days so they could look into it. Then they emailed to say that their no refunds policy stands. Which is nuts because I'm not trying to return anything - i just never received it. They said i can pay a fee of $6.99 and they'll send me more. What the actual heck?! I have never had such a nutty customer service experience.

I love my monthly packages ! I look forward to them and have been constant for several months now . The subscription is affordable for me and these stay so comfortable , even after washes . I used to always shop at Victoria Secret and now that I am older and post babies - they just don’t fit comfortably. I love that I can request different types of undies from thongs to cheekies and love that I can even do high waisted ones. They feel like they help give some tummy control and are so smooth that it’s like having shape wear . They honestly helped my confidence . This my most favorite subscription I have ever had .

The shipping wasn’t too expensive and it came within 2 weeks! My 2 free panties felt so smooth and were breathable. It has way more space at the pad lining compared to VS panties. The designs were cute and also have nude shades to choose from. Along with many types to chose from from cheeky, thong, etc. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of uncomfortable panties !

Best undies I've ever had!!! These were clearly made by a woman. More fabric for moisture absorption than anything else I've seen. Perfect fit, adorable patterns, and DURABLE!!! I get rashes from pretty much everything so I have to wear seamless underwear, and they always fall apart after a month or two. I specifically waited five months to leave a review for Cheek Boss because I wanted to see if they would hold up first. They keep their elastic and everything. So happy, I already have like 15 pairs and I want more!

I am so sad because I love these underwear but they do not last. They are so soft, seamless and don’t ride up or ride down. Unfortunately, even after following the care instructions they keep splitting at the seams. I’ve had pairs last about a year and others last about 3-4 months. If they were cheaper, I’d keep replacing them but now they aren’t really worth it if I can’t get more use out of them.

Extremely comfortable!

I have trouble finding underwear that fit me right. I have a mommy belly so I always have trouble with underwear rolling down. These pretty much stay in place. I've been buying these for a few years now. By far my favorite go to. I rarely wear anything else anymore.

My underwear came in about a week. They are so soft and silky. It’s almost like you’re wearing nothing. I got 2 pairs of thongs and 2 boyshorts. I highly recommend!

Love these undies! I saw the add for free panties & thought “what could I loose” not realizing I would become completely hooked! Shortly after I placed another order, then recently another. They are always the first pairs in the basket after laundry day. I can’t wait until its all my top drawers are filled of! Thank you guys for creating a product that just makes sense.

I have been looking for full-coverage underwear and have purchased many, but I have not loved them. As a 5ft 4in and 150# individual, the medium fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about this company.

These underwear are my all time favorites. They fit me great when I was a 2xl and now they fit great that I'm a large. 10/10 recommend!!

I like that they are soft and stretch. However, I have had three pairs come undone at the seam within a matter of two wears. Also, the material is not good if you plan to work out or be outside in the heat. They stick to your skin and you feel wet and gross the whole time.

These are the best underwear I have found! So comfortable and the cutest designs. I might have a little problem because I can’t stop buying them!
