From choice to ordering to receipt presentation and quality it was amazing.

Parcel went very quickly
But I forgot to fill in the sent from firm & tried to contact right away but was too late - was sent as a present so can’t comment on contents

Ordered over £70 worth of cheese and chutney, have never received the order, tried to contact company twice with no reply, would not recommend buying from this company

Was sent the wrong gift box but was quickly sorted and I have to say. Love the cheese and the professional way it was dealt with. I will definitely recommend this company and will use again,

I’ve bought from the Cheshire Cheese company for five years now and cannot fault the quality and flavour of the cheeses. Their website is simple to navigate making ordering easy. I had a small problem with my Christmas order this year but the customer service was excellent and it was quick resolved. I’ll be contacting to order my cheeses from them in the future.

Lovely product. Good choice of cheeses. Good value for money.

Delivered less than half of the order, no response to email, Facebook message, Facebook comments, or contact via website. Reviews show this wasn't an isolated experience and they are ignoring the problem, with hundreds of people out of pocket and unable to get a reply. Seems to happen every year at Christmas as well.

This was given to our son and daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift. They report that they have very much enjoyed the selection of cheeses on offer.
I must also mention that Cheshire is a family name!

These hampers are so fantastic, great gifts or if you just love cheese.
There usual amazing quality and great prices.

Lovely range of gifts to buy on the website. I chose a Cheshire cheese with wine and chocolates for a Christmas present to family. It arrived on time and in good condition with instructions about storing in the fridge. My family members loved it and thought the cheese was particularly nice. Really pleased with my purchase.

TIMELINE & STATEMENT OF FACTS.
1. 10th December - I submitted an online Order at a cost of £46.90p.
2. 10th December - I received an E-mail acknowledging the order. My PayPal account was debited with the total cost of £46.90p.
3. 18th December - as no update on the order had been received, I sent a reminder e-mail to the company.
4. 22nd December - as no reply had been received to my reminder e-mail, I telephoned the company and asked for a call back.
5. 24th December - As I had received no response whatsoever from the company, I sent a further e-mail to the company asking for a full refund, stating that the order was intended for use at Christmas.
6.24th December - I opened a case with the PayPal resolution centre, sending the relevant documents to support my case.
7. 24th December - E-mail received from PayPal confirming that a full refund of £46.90p would be credited to my account within 7 days.
8.24th December - Full refund of £46.90p credited to my PayPal account.
9. Update - today - 29th December - still no response from The Cheshire Cheese Company.
CONCLUSION
In my opinion, this company does not deserve to prosper and gain any business because of its appalling treatment of prospective customers.

Ordered a cheese hamper to be dispatched after 15th December. No confirmation email was ever received, but the money was debited from my account. My order has not arrived, I have phoned and left messages before and after the Christmas bank holidays and sent emails, but no one has responded. Luckily, I had the foresight to get a back up present just before Christmas but the lack of communication is very disappointing and I doubt I will be ordering again.

Really quick delivery and contents great value, it was bought as a Christmas present and they loved it.

The problem I encountered with my order was quickly & efficiently resolved & I am happy to recommend this company to anyone

Prompt delivery, well presented. Disappointed that unfortunately, one of the boxes was broken inside the packaging which was intact. Managed to repair with glue as it was to be a Christmas gift. Perhaps more padding in the packaging is needed.

I’ve ordered from Cheshire Cheese Company for many years now but this year they’ve failed to deliver my two Christmas hampers, with one being bought as a gift.
They were ordered on December 9th and I have emailed twice with no reply, it has been a really disappointing experience with customer service non existent.
Having read a newspaper article from last year at Christmas time regarding customers missing orders I am surprised they have not learnt any lessons. Dispatch and delivery needs to be improved or customers will shop elsewhere which would be a shame for such quality products.

Lots of choice, amazing flavours and really good shelf life - not that they get chance to get anywhere near their best before date - they're far too yummy.
We've ordered from you before and will be back again.

You are not very bright there are you you sent both orders to the same address. So I did not get any cheese but my son got two lots of, you really need to sort yourselves out and pay more attention to what is ordered.
I will think very hard before I order from you again . Very poor service in fact diabolical. Most inept and incompetent.
