Superb Chess Sets And Great Customer Service.
I recently purchased the 15 Inch Anegre Classic Chess Set & Rootwood Box, this was in the Special Offers section on the website, I would just like to say that for the amazingly low price I paid the quality of the set was astounding, it is truly beautiful.
Delivery was prompt and Customer Service could not be faulted- all in all a 5* service that I would highly recommend, Thank You.

Great Chess Sets and great service!
I ordered one of the Andalusian chess sets as a gift, the pieces and board we're stunning and of a really high quality and the design itself was beautiful!
Whats even better is next day delivery was free which meant my Mum got it just in time for her birthday!

The set has a nice feel and shape. Although there were some issues with the set, they were were resolved promptly and exceeded expectations.
The Cooke set is a very nice set. Nice look, shape and feel. Weighting is a little light for the appearance of the pieces, but livable. There were some issues with the wood and the workmanship of some of the pieces. Cracks that were finished over, etc. Those were things I noticed by accident, then found upon closer inspection. I requested three replacement pieces for two black pawns and a black queen. I received a mix of 12 black pieces and 7 white pieces. I believe it was done not only to satisfy my initial request, but also to mitigate any other issues that may come up in the future. Most unexpected. But it shows the company was willing to go above and beyond to make things right.
