Had Paul fit a nice new Worcester boiler for me and my family recently. I went to work and left them to it. When I returned late that night, you would not of known anyone had worked in my house apart from it being warm and cosy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had been without heating or hot water for about 4--5 days not got a clue what was wrong with our combi Paul turned up took one look and knew straight away what was wrong.
It took Paul and his mate 5 mins tops to get our heating back up and running .

We had a new Boiler and Hot water tank fitted on Wednesday 28/02/2018 on the day of 'The Beast from the East'
A raging blizzard didnt stop Paul and his colleague from working their socks off to get the job done and to ensure we had heating back on in super quick time.Our old boiler was being replaced in our freezing cold garage and I am a stickler for good quality and detail and I cannot fault the price,quality and workmanship of Paul and his colleague and the pleasant manner they went about things even though It was minus 6 degrees outside with a raging blizzard on and at times Paul could not feel his fingers it was so cold.If you need a new quality fitted Boiler Paul is your man,he knows his stuff, but make sure you have plenty of Tea & Coffee and shortbread biscuits on tap!.I am a happy Customer.

Paul is an awesome plumber, he gave me a great quote (£1,100 cheaper than quoted elsewhere) to install a new oil boiler. He turned up on time, went beyond the call of duty and did a fantastic job, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We cannot recommend Paul strongly enough.
Out of the three companies we had quote he was without doubt the most knowledgable and hits explanation of what was required left us in no doubt he was the man for the job.
On boiler installation day they arrived promptly at the time arranged and completed a totally first class job that not only now works perfectly, but also was a very neat and tidy job.

My boiler broken down on Boxing Day! I was told I needed a new one and so posted my job on my builder.com, Paul rang me within the hour and after a very friendly and brief conversation was able to quote me an extremely reasonable and competitive price. Paul and his colleague were able to come the very next day to start work and within 3 hours had ripped out the old and replaced with new! Both were hard working, friendly, helpful, honest, trustworthy and reliable! In the time there were here they received a further 3 jobs, which was no surprise having seen the excellent standard of their workmanship and he hassle free interaction! On top of all this they were very tidy and cleaned any mess they made before leaving and taking all rubbish too!
I have had many different boiler and gas engineers over the years and none of them have met the high standards set by Paul and his colleague! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will use them for all future work needed!

The service we received was excellent and the price for the new boiler was reasonable and not overpriced. I would recommend Paul as he his reliable and the standard of his work is excellent.

Came out quickly when asked to quote for a replacement LPG boiler. Clearly knew exactly what was needed, which inspired confidence. Arranged for the work to be done the next week. Everything went very smoothly and we had a new boiler up and running in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.
Update: despite many requests - and the company sending email service reminders - they would not come out for just a service. This occurred over the space of two years, needless to say we went elsewhere and would no longer recommend.

Could not be more impressed by the professionalism of this company. Instant response to our enquiry, full quote within hours and removal and refitting of new boiler the day after the quote was accepted. All this as well as clean,tidy work and two fitters who could not have been more obliging and efficient. No hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again.
