The products were well protected and arrived safely after several différents trips.
A little mistake was made, the order was for 2 wall lamps, I received the good model but only one wall lamp so for the other one we had to adjust. At the end it was manageable and Iam satisfied with the products

Excellent Customer Service and beutiful lamps!
I had an excellent experience, Chiara went way above and beyond. Unfortunately, both lamps broke in transit the first time, and certainly not due to poor packaging. They were wrapped very well. Most likely do to rough handling by the post and a very long journey (all the way to the far side of Canada). Chiara sent me new lamps (at no cost to me) immediately and they arrived safe and sound. They are beautiful and I can't wait to install them. Thank you Chiara!
