Strong focus on the customer satisfaction: very appreciable!
Excellent follow up of the order: I wanted to be sure that the delivery will be done on time (and I have requested to be informed about it), and I've well received a phone call from Chiara Colombini to inform me about the right delivery timing.
And the timing was respected, and the delivery well tracked by Chiara Colombini (through GLS)
I strongly recommend Chiara Colombini for the diversity of the products, the price, the follow up of each order ... this is what I call the Service (not so common today)

Wonderful shop!
I had a lovely experience ordering from Chiara. She was very forthcoming and helpful and my order arrived very fast. I really enjoyed the personal touch of a handwritten card in the packaging.
The cushions are beautifully made. I love Chiara‘s expertly curated selection of products.
Don‘t look any further if you like to be surrounded with aesthetically-pleasing items.
Thank you, Chiara!
