Same horrible experience! Very bad quality! Do not buy anything!

I ordered two dresses from them, and what a nightmare!! The quality is terrible, I wouldn't even try it on bc it didn't look anything like the picture. The material was NOT as listed it looked like they just screen printed the print onto this thin material. I went thru paypal, who ended up siding with the seller bc it" was not unlike what was described" which was a complete load of crap!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Before turning to paypal for help- which they are NO HELP FOR THE BUYER, I searched Chicsia for their return policy, which looked promising. you simply enter your order number and it would give you a return label. Well it wont recognize or find any order number you put in, therfore preventing you from being able to print a return label. So after trying multiple times to reach them, they tell me to keep the items and they will refund me $35. I told them their stuff isn't worth keeping and I wanted the full refund of $76. I have yet to receive anything from them. Total scam!!! They need to be stopped!!!!!

Disgraceful One item arrived terrible shape, material and quality. Second item never arrived and although I’ve sent numerous messages they have not had any correspondence with me or sent me a refund.

totally rubbish !!!!!!!!!!!!! scammers. they sent me half of the order I bought 2 months ago, absolutely disgusting quality , and did not send me money back for unsent items!

Total RUBBISH! They steal copywrited photos of actual designers items and promise the goods at a discount.
What they really do is literally photocopy the design into crappy cheap material and ship it to you. I ordered a jacket and when it arrived two months later I was terribly disappointed in the joke that arrived. They blocked all my attempts to post what I got on Facebook and Instagram because they don’t want people knowing the truth! SCAM! This is a COMPANY OF THEIVES AND COUNTERFIETS ROBBING MILLIONS OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE! Pure garbage!
Why are they not sued or in jail??? Selling FAKES! They promised me a RALPH LAUREN JACKET ON DISCOUNT! What I got was a polyester photocopy of it!!!!

Terrible quality and overpriced. Didn't receive one item, was told I'd be refunded. Months later and still no money.

Tottally scram --- delay 2 month order arrive ,wrong size and bad texture , no refund n no exchange bad handling n no follow up at all

Do not deal with this company! They are liers and thiefs! It took about 2 month to recieve my order, when it arrived I cried....quality is awful, nothing like on the pictures, I did not want even to touch the stuff cause it seemed like unhealthy plastic. I returned the order, but NEVER got my money back(( They ruined my holidays because the stuff I bought I wanted to wear for the holidays. Now nor do I have the stuff nor money(

The garment I finally received 5 months after ordering is made of cheap polyester. It looks vaguely like the picture of the garment I ordered but that's as close as it gets. Absolute rubbish!!

Complete scam. I ordered a dress off the website. Months later it had still not arrived so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. 4 months my refund has still not arrived. Do not buy from this company!

I have ordered several dresses from this company - the website looks great but when I finally received my order after about 5 weeks the quality of the material used was super cheap and the dresses were very poorly sewn and didn’t look like the pictures on their site! I decided to send the items back for a refund. I tried various times to contact them, and then I received a message stating that the shipping for the return was to be paid by me. I didn’t want to let them off the hook so easily by ripping customers off but the joke seems to be on me - I am still waiting to get my refund after being promised for weeks that they would pay and it’s been nearly 3 months since I sent their crappy stuff back. This is a fraudulent practice/company and I have contacted PayPal about this as well and opened a claim - they don’t seem to be all that interested in reversing the incurred charges. I guess they are more interested in doing lots of business than making sure the companies they deal with are reputable! So my advice Buyer beware - Chicsia gives all the other reputable Chinese companies a really bad name! Don’t support them, avoid placing an order!!

Buyer BEWARE!! Do NOT be fooled or Buy from this company.. Its a SCAM I have been waiting for over 3 months for my order. Countless emails & still nothing. Thank god I only lost $50....NEVER,EVER buy from this company.

Absolutely cheap to doesn't worth at all the price and not the same picture!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Just all around horrible.
#1 it took almost 35 days for me to get my order.
#2 only the first two items of my three arrived. my third item arrived 45 days after the original order.
#3 I opened the package and I immediately knew i had been ripped off, the clothes had a horrible smell, packaged in cheap crinkly plastic. The clothes looked absolutely NOTHING like the images. Cheap disgusting versions of their beautiful photos online.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, fighting to get a full refund back. Very angry.

You feel violated when you open the package. You can tell right away you've been ripped off. Do not do it. The pictures are beautiful and so are the models the quality in photos shows real embroidery and quality fabrics but when you get it it's actually a photo of the embroidery printed onto the cheapest most disgusting synthetic that you don't want anywhere near your skin. Would be an embarrassment to wear any of the items.This goes for the jewellery too absolute crap and not even what you ordered. Complete waste of hard earned money and time. Bad karma for these asian companies. Their email address does not work.

The merchandise is not as advertised. Very poor quality and slow delivery (6 weeks). When I wanted to return, they offered a $10 gift certificate toward the next purchase instead of the free return shipping fee. I would have to pay for it myself even though they sold me a product that isn't even close to what I thought I was buying. Do not buy from here. Fraud!

Fraudulent company. Waited 3 months for some of my clothes to arrive (others still haven’t) and they aren’t remotely like what was advertised on their website. They must use pictures from another clothing company that is good quality and the. Try and copy them but colours of material or type of material is completely different. Chinese company and they don’t care whatsoever when you complain to them. Don’t waste your money
