Don't buy from them. I ordered something 2 months ago and it's never arrived even though they respond to my emails saying it's been held up and on it's way. Complete rip off.

DONT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!! They are from CHINA and you don't know it until you order! The clothes ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED and you have to send the cheap clothes back to china and pay 20 to $30.00 (the cost of an item!) RIDICULOUS bait ad switch FRAUD FRAUD. THEY COUNT ON PEOPLE NOT PAYING THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE WHEN THEY SEND THEM BULK MAIL TO THE USA! CHICSA ReFUSEs to pay the return shipping lable instead offers a coupon of 20.00 to buy more poor qualty clothes that look NOThING like the photos they advertise instad of paying return fees. ITS a CON job rippng off Americans. They should be shut down!

Don’t buy from them the merchandise is not what is advertised the recreate the items with cheap fabrics barely sewn together and charge u a ridiculous amount if u want to return the item. I purchased a shirt looked nothing like the online picture cost was 35.00 they said they would give me back 7.00 and to regift the shirt if I was unhappy.

The photos for this company and prices look fantastic until you get the item. The marterial is cheap that is used sizing is not consistent and make sure you understand the return policy especially on sale items NO RETURN. I will never use or recommend this site. Cheap and Nasty. Take ages also to get your items and major disappointment sets in.

I spent £70 on 2 dresses 2 months ago. One dress has arrived and it is nothing like the picture. It is extremely poor quality. The other dress has not arrived. I do not have a delivery note but I am trying to send it back and can only anticipate how much they are going to charge me...I'll let you know how that goes and whether the 2nd dress actually appears. In short, I have very little hope.

They are a total scam. Won’t deliver and then refuse to pay a refund. Don’t buy there!!

Worst shopping experience ever!

I bought a dress for 40 $ and had to wait a month, which was a lot longer than the estimated delivery time. Finally, when I got the dress it was nothing like the pictures and the quality was terrible. The fabric was like plastic, not cotton or anything like it.
I contacted Chicsia saying that the dress I got was not the one on the website and that I wanted my money back. First I had to send them severeal pictures on the dress for them to believe me and after many emails back and forth they could offer me 9 dollars in return. Remember that I payed 40 dollars + about 30 $ for delivery.

Also, the dress was from China.

If you plan on buying anything from Chicsia, you better re-think. Chicsa live on first time buyers and care nothing about their customers

Slow shipment, very poor quality clothing and have not made a refund for items which were sent back over 5 weeks ago. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

I made an order on the 21st August paying 19.95$ additional for a express service ( 7-15 days).
Any of the items was delivered on time and today 02 October there is still one item pending of receiving. After several claims they say my pending item is a hot seller and takes a longer time than usual to process, but they dont inform about that when charging you 19.95$

This is called FRAUD, Im not going to buy anything else in this site.

Do not purchase from this company they robbed me of my money and refuse to refund me after submitting proof of their error. They have no one to contact for assistance, they aren’t reading my email, they just took my money. And I’m furious. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with online will never even look at this site again

Never received my order! Can’t find any telephone number to call ??????? SCAM

Cheap quality and slow delivery. Ordered 3 items but only delivered 2. Sewing is uneven. Very disappointed.
