I ordered clothes Mar 7th and received them on the 11th. Sadly, one item was missing and replaced with baby clothes. I immediately submitted an online return request / opened a case. I submitted another the next day with pictures and other details, referencing the 1st. I heard nothing. I created another online one in May. I heard nothing. I finally had a chance to call them (they are closed on the weekend) and follow-up. I feel bad for the service team. The service department simply cites rules and process, and is absolutely NOT empowered to actually solve the problems or do anything to service a customer. The system is broken and the people had no desire to find out why no one ever contacted me, investigate the broken loop, or even to ensure that my issue gets solved in the end. If no one wants to help the customer or get to the root of the problem, the service issues will certainly persist. I basically have to hope that the process (which is clearly broken) will somehow work when a) I receive a waybill, b) return the product to them c) wait for a refund. Here's wishing myself good luck!
Slow shipping
Slow shipping, I ordered an outfits on April 23, so that I can use it on May 1 for my son for his school events, until now April 28 it says pre shipment status. Before I added the item on the cart it said, it will arrive on April 27! And now I don’t have time to order online in another store. I’m already out of time. I will not order from this company again! They have great and cute stuffs but men very slow shipping.

I rate 0! I absolutely will not be buying from The Children’s Place again. I placed an order to get all 5 of my children Easter outfits. Not only did the order not arrive when it was supposed to. They would not cancel my order. Then I received the order after Easter which was completely useless. Then found out I had to get on a regular computer to print receipt. I could not do it from my app on my phone. Then discovered I have to pay shipping to ship it back.

I am writing this review for an Online Order I placed on 04/02/24 that I still have not received yet. Today is 04/17/24. I have emailed this company twice with NO response and called once and was told that if I did not receive my order by 04/16/24 that I should call back and request a full refund. So today, 04/17/24, I have called NUMEROUS times only to get a recorded message saying they were closed. Must be the different time zone. Anyway, I would avoid this company @ all costs bc it’s very obvious, they do not care about their customer satisfaction and could care less about responding to both of my emails!

Terrible company DO NOT BUY! Paid $178.65 total and shipment still has not arrived. They only offer Place Rewards of $180 to fix the issue but to rebuy is $277.30 total a upcharge of $98.65. Items were promised by easter. Now I was told I need to wait until place rewards expire on 5/10 to call back and ask for a credit card refund. DO NOT ACCEPT PLACE REWARDS. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND BAIT AND SWITCH.

Shopping in store is fine. Bought some kids clothes online. Reasonable quality & good prices on most things. One item was high priced and poor quality so I want to return it. So no easy way to return products bought online. Must call customer service M-F during my work hours. And they now want me to wait 30 min on hold. Holy cow. What bad service. Not shopping here next time. The shipping for returns is NOT paid for by the store. The representative put the wrong items on my return receipt have to call again. Toll free number just hangs up. Calling Manitoba long distance. Not impressed.

I ordered on 14th March because of the 80 percent sale and looked up reviews the very next day. Given the number of bad reviews here and overall on google, I panicked, almost cancelled my order but then decided otherwise.
The clothes arrived on 19, nicely packaged, great quality, nothing was missing, neither was I charged wrongly. The sale was almost too good to be true. Completely satisfied with the purchase. No regrets. Hope to shop with them soon 😌
Terrible Customer Service
They sent me a coupon for $10 off my purchase valid until the middle of the February. When I attempted to make my purchase on February 3, their website said it was expired. I placed the order anyways, and emailed support with screenshots showing the coupon was still valid - more than a month later, they reply and say that the coupon can only be applied at the time of purchase... ignoring the fact that I clearly tried and something was wrong on their end.
Take my warning, if they send you a coupon and you try to use it well within the window and it doesn't work... just abandon your cart, they won't offer any assistance.

This to me shows they don't want to easily send you documentation showing your account has been closed. Sketchy!!!! I was unable to cancel on the website and was forced to call. They wouldn't email me documentation showing I cancelled the account but I finally had them agree to mail it to me showing the account was closed. I refuse to pay any credit card company money monthly for a zero balance. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Ordered 6 pair of pants for my daughter. For whatever reason they send out 6 different packages on different days FOR ONE ORDER! One pair never showed up and I’m still not reimbursed. The other 5 pair I received and have been charged 10 times for since receiving the order. Order was paid for already. Paid for and received weeks ago. Every night at 10:38 my card is charged again for the same order. Children’s place has been of no assistance whatsoever. Customer service is terrible and if you so happen to get someone half decent… STILL nothing is done. I’ve spoke to ten different reps who assured me it was taken care of. Well it’s not and they’ve taken bill money so now it’s affecting my personal life. I’ll likely have to close the account because children’s place can’t seem to stop their system from charging me repeatedly. This is the SECOND account believe it or not…that has been compromised by ordering from children’s place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bad! Gave me $60 in coupons all at once but only allowed me to use $30 worth at ya time. Makes you believe you are getting a discount and really not. Prices in store do not reflect online. Often find online prices to be reasonable while in store is insanely high. Employees do not provide effective customer service. Don’t assist customers, don’t greet customers. More so about having and making plans after work while customers present. Mark up clothes and say sale to make you believe it’s a deal.

First of all I am a card holder I love the sales being a card holder brings. I have 4 children and my cart is always loaded down upon check out spending $200-$400 at a time. So I would say my opinion should matter and hopefully be considered. Also love the recently added my place bucks. Love the clothing here. Super cute. Things I think need improvement: the quality of the boys denim jeans. They wear out in just a month of wear and holes start. So if I can help it I will not order jeans from here. However I have two boys one is pretty average and fits almost anything in any brand. So i always shop else where for his jeans. My kids dads side of the fam are pretty big and tall people. So three of my kiddos were big babies, big toddlers and now big kids. So i buy the jeans for my husky boy Husky 7’s. Please keep them stalked, I have a hard time finding any in his size in the cargo pants and husky straight stretch. This tells me that husky sizes are in pretty high demand. Which brings me to my second: Since we are seeing alot of young kids on the bigger side It would be great If The Childrens Place offered the cute toddler prints in bigger sizes. My 3 yr old is in 5/6 tops and just starting pre school. So she has to wear older girl clothes. She cannot wear the cute first day of preschool shirts because its not offered this is just an example. And I shop the leggings in capri size 7/8 for her pants. Would love it if skinny jeans were made in her size. All of my children have this issue. My pre k son wears 7/8’s and is 4 yrs old. So he wears clothing thats much older looking then his age. Please offer some of the cute toddler prints in larger sizes. Also the girls print leggings are only good for one or two wears and the knees are so faded. So i only buy the black leggings because they seem to hold their color for a while in the knees. The girls graphic tees I used to love but seems like for the past yr they changed the material to thinner and cheaper. They look old and raggy in a months wear meanwhile the boys graphic tees are still crisp and vibrant. I will still continue to buy but I would rate higher and shop more if the durability was there for real kids and sizing.

I thought this was a reputable business. It is not. The second part of an order never left the warehouse, although marked as waiting for carrier. Two emails never received a response. After three phone calls (each of which required a 15-20 minute wait to speak with almost unintelligible customer service reps), I was told the promised refund had been issued, MINUS SALES TAX (which I'm pretty sure is illegal), and if I hadn't received it, to go to my bank. I did open a dispute through the bank. Someone needs to call this company to account!

I filled 2 claims with shipping company ( Lasertrack), who did not respond, only automated email. I filled 2 claims with the children's place, and there was no response except an automated email. I attempted to call the children's place multiple times, but the call volume was too high, and to try again later, and disconnected call. I continued to try, Finally, I get through with Jade ( PR3952425), who reported it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. And to contact the shipping company, who reports to contact seller (Children's Place), via automated message as leadership will NOT take phone calls. DO NOT ORDER, you will waste money and time chasing a package that will NEVER arrive. Poor customer service and NO assistance.
