Great customer service and competitive price too
Managed to find the exact make of toilet seat (with fittings) that had broken in our bathroom. They also offer a price match service and honoured this so I made a good saving with this toilet seat. Although they post things out, I decided to drive to the showroom at Hoddesdon to pick up the seat and the staff member was so helpful and friendly, a great overall experience from this company.

Toilet seats are fantastic.
They fit our unusually shaped toilets perfectly.
The only issue is that the instruction sheet only gave instructions for top and bottom fixings whereas my toilets only had top fixings available. I figured it out but perhaps an instruction sheet for top only fixings would be helpful.

Very impressed with both Technical support and Sales. I never thought I’d find a replacement toilet seat after all this time - and it’s the same make !
Same with the lid buffers and seat buffers for a different toilet that were very worn. I couldn’t have done it without Tech support -all I did was send some photos on their what’s app link with some measurements - and hey presto - they told me exactly what to purchase . Also SUPER fast delivery.
I’m going to replace another toilet seat next week. My toilets look brand new -a very ecological choice I think compared to replacing the whole toilet. Looks brand new.
