I have now used Christopher Plumbing a couple of times after they were recommended to me by someone else and I can’t rate them highly enough. One time was during the Arctic weather we had, I called in a panic regarding an issue with my boiler. Chris answered the phone right away and told me not to worry, calmly explained the likely solution and arranged a prompt appointment, bending over backwards to fit me in soonest. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment and an estimated likely cost. Tom came out to fix it, he turned up on time, was courteous, explained the problem, and then fixed it. He also spotted another potential problem which would have meant another call out for me had he not noticed it and having checked me with me first, he then sorted that too.
Chris helped me another time when I called late afternoon when my boiler wasn’t working and showing a fault. Chris answered the phone right away (as he always does) and calmly talked me through resolving the boilers low pressure over the phone and said there was an appointment there for me next day if I needed it but he was pretty sure the problem would now be resolved. (Which it was.) Thank you so much Chris! Exceptional service from Christopher Plumbing, they answer the phone, are courteous and helpful, turn up on time and they go the extra mile! 100% recommended.

This time my heating had stopped working and Tom was at my door within the hour and replaced a defective 3-way valve. We have used this company on many occasions and used them again to sort out a jammed plug and toilet that wouldn't flush properly. Rang up in a panic as our combi-boiler had stopped working and we have a 5 day old baby needing the heating to be on! We were initially offered a same day appt but then Christopher talked me through a simple process over the phone which sorted the water pressure out and the boiler came back to life instantly. Christopher very kindly didn't charge us for this phone service. We've now booked Christopher to come and service the boiler and very much recommend anyone needing a plumber to contact Christopher.
Nb. Last year we also called Christopher out to fix a leak - he was able to come out to see us quickly, arrived at the arranged time, and did good quality work - we've had no leaks since!

Plumber arrive at time stated. Was pleasant, polite and efficient. Initial estimate was 1 -1.5Hrs job completed in under 1Hour. I would not hesitate to recommend in future as well as call if I need any more jobs done

Tom from Christopher plumbing arrived on time stopped the leak and made an appointment to return. Again returned promptly worked solidly for three hours leaving us very confident that an excellent professional job had been done. Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd recently upgraded the shower doors in our downstairs bathroom, replaced our downstairs toilet, fitted a soft-close seat on the upstairs toilet and fixed a leaky tap. The standard of service was nothing short of outstanding. Affordable, professional, courteous, neat, clean and reliable, this company ticks all of boxes. We will definitely be using them again. Following a small job recently & well done I asked Christophers to provide me a quote for a Bathroom Re-fit out. Following an excellent detailed survey of the bathroom etc I received the Quote. Not the best priced quote i'd had but certainly nothing missed and very well detailed. As Christophers were the best to deal with & Always answer the phone, they won the job. Yes of course some necessary Add-ons along the way but a big job and a big well done to Chris and the team. A shout out for Brian......
