We have several Chuwi laptops. They are well built, reliable and are good value. Our favourite model is the Corebook X.

An improvement suggestion is for Chuwi to provide Device Driver and BIOS upates, to deliver the best Windows 11 experience.

All model laptops should be configured such that at a minimum, Windows 11 Standard Harware Security is supported,

Firstly I would like to compliment Chuwi on customer service which is absolutely faultless also on the fast delivery,
I honestly cannot recall any other company I have previously purchased from that as only taken the money from my bank account the day after the item as arrived, at the time of writing I have only unpacked the laptop and my wife and I are very impressed wih quality of workmanship and are looking forward in the coming days to one of our sons connecting it and transfering the information over from our soon to be obsolete laptop, so thank you for a pleasant experience

I bought a Chuwi laptop.Eveything ok except the charging socket and plug.Its too flimsy.I am having ever more trouble getting the laptop to charge.I look at the robust plug on my old Assus windows 8 laptop and I am not happy with the Chuwi.

Chuwi updates on progress of purchase were great

they take a bit time but the thing came at the time thanks i am very happy when i was buying i yhough it was scammed but its not trustttttt

Price is so high compared with Amazon, delivery is not immediate.

I bought a CHUWI LARKBOOK 13.3" TOUCH-SCREEN from seller chuwi2018 on eBay. It arrived without a touchscreen, even though it was clearly advertised as such. I trusted the seller's version, thinking maybe I was confused. I wasn’t.

I didn’t really use it much — and not for work, thankfully. But after just 6 months, now the screen doesn’t turn on at all.

The support has been slow and vague, and I regret having left a good review.
Not sure what kind of “innovation” this is supposed to be, but it’s not working.

The service was terrible. They charged me twice for shipping even though I was eligible for free shipping. It's a scam on DHL's part. I understand it's more DHL's fault, but they didn't help me at all.
And for clarification, customs didn't charge me any taxes; it was all the responsibility of the delivery company.
Do not use DHL.

I received the laptop or the corebook x without any issues and it's really easy to set-up as the windows home was pre-set up in the machine.

Great product, and fabulous price, but note that delivery to the UK will take much longer than you hoped for...
