I was removing some furniture from current locker and moving to a smaller unit. Staff were really helpful and made the process fast and easy.

The staff were really nice, the storage facility was very clean, brightly lit, and quiet - and the aircon was very much appreciated in the current heatwave!

I moved house using Cinch for storage and it really helped me feel calm and positive - thank you so much to all the staff for creating such a nice atmosphere in the midst of the madness!

Kept my belongings for couple of months on Clinch Brentwood, everything went smoothly, easy access, units are new and clean, lots of trolleys. Maddy was very helpful and understanding when I needed some extra help.

Have used several storages but Cinch self storage Mitcham is simply the best. Customer's service was top notch and professional. Very affordable aswell.
Lastly, the time extension made my dealings easier!!

Jordan at the Sidcup branch was super helpful in a big emergency-I had to store a large electric organ which would not go into the church hall on account of its size.

A fair price and a super introduction to how to store and access my unit was accompanied with good humour and a friendly attitude to the men who came to help me solve my storage and haulage problem. Thanks all!

Absolutely fantastic service. I walked in this morning looking for storage for the contents of my loft as we are embarking on a loft extension. 30 minutes later I was all signed up and putting my belongings in to a very appropriate space. Great price as well. This was the Sidcup branch and Scott was so helpful and friendly. I cannot thank Scott enough! 👍🏻👍🏻

The facility in Sidcup is excellent, well organised and clean. The staff are efficient and extremely helpful especially Scott and Dawn. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Carlene and John at the Sittingbourne branch. From the moment I arrived, they were both so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.
It's not often you come across customer service this good, and I truly appreciated all of their help and support. Carlene and John are a real credit to the Sittingbourne branch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you both again for making the experience such a positive one!

Great reception from Joe and Rosie at Cinch Letchworth. Very informative yet informal introductory process.I was able to secure a suitable storage space with a minimum of fuss on the groundfloor. The paperwork and booking procedures were straightforward . Highly recommended very clean storage units. Thanks folks.

Kirsten at the Exeter branch was lovely!
When our client had failed to sort out the storage, she helped me get it sorted as quickly as possible so we could get unloaded and back to our pick up for the next load. Even sorted 24 hour access in case we didn’t make it back before they closed.
This was on one of the hottest days this year and when we got back at 5 to 6 she came round to the unit with cold bottles of water.
Absolute star!
Will be recommending to our clients if they need storage in Exeter and also to the other removal firms we deal with too!

The team at Cinch Self Storage have been absolutely incredible. To say they've been helpful is a huge understatement.
Martin, Harry and Lauren – I genuinely can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me over the past months. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. From your kindness and patience to the friendly chats whenever I popped in, you've made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.
It's the little things that really stand out too – even something as simple as always offering a bottle of water on a warm day shows the level of care and customer service you provide.
The facility itself is spotless, secure and so easy to access, but it's the people who make this place so special.
