We have worked along side Cinch in Newmarket before through the company I work for and each time they have been easy to work alongside. For personal belongings we have now rented out our own unit and Nijole was extremely helpful from the start. She allowed us to look at the unit prior to renting and made the overall experience very easy. The location is easy to access and locate. I would highly recommend.

We found everything about the Cinch storage facility in Leighton Buzzard to be top class, from start to finish. Jason and Matt were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Both of the units we hired were spotlessly clean on arrival and we felt completely reassured that our belongings would be totally secure for the entire duration of our hire.

Jack at the Brighton branch as super helpful and went the extra mile in setting us up and making sure we were ready to move our things in. The price was also the most competitive in Brighton.

I’ve been with Cinch Storage in Brentwood since June 2023 and I’ve received a great service. The management have been very accommodating.

My e-commerce business relies on how the staff responds and Maddy at front of desk has been exceptionally helpful and makes us alerted when visitors, parcels and post arrives…inadvertently the staff brilliantly represents all the businesses in the building.
