I am moving from West Sussex to East Sussex and a Seafordian friend Kate recommended your storage units in Seaford. I am a retired primary school teacher and have been living in a farm cottage for over 20 years and I recently decided to move to the Seaford area which I am familiar with. I chose Cinch storage because they could offer me a large storage space to place many boxes and belongings. I am pleased with the service they provide and also they provided the name of a man who provides household clearance/ removals. At the point of writing this review I am anticipating a new address to move into next month.

Customer service at the Sittingbourne branch is literally some of the best customer service you’ll find in any industry!
From the response to my initial enquiry through the website, through to the highly hospitable nature of the staff on site, I could not fault this facility. It’s great! Very impressed. I’ve used a lot of other self storage facilities - Cinch at this branch has beaten them hands down.

Cinch have been great. Friendly and helpful staff that have made the process of storing our belongings very straightforward. Pricing has been more than competitive against other local options. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. Highly recommended.

I started using the Newmarket branch to store my things. The service has been fantastic. The staff are the most friendly I think I've ever encountered, they couldn't do enough for me, so kind. Everything was so easy, organised and seamless from first enquiry to getting set up and allocated my space. The staff had everything ready to go for me, access codes, my lock and showed me how everything works on day 1 without me having to even ask. The units themselves are secure and absolutely spotless. Honestly cannot recommend enough.

We have used the Leighton Buzzard storage facility and found both Jason and Matt very professional and thorough, always available to help and made our storage experience a positive one. We would not hesitate to use this facility in the future.

The Sidcup team, Scott , Dawn and Jordan were professional and helpful from the outset. I felt really comfortable discussing what I needed. Dawn took time to explain how storage works and gave me a tour of the building and showed me two units. Price and contract discussed with Dawn and supported by Scott. When I returned to sign the paperwork I saw Jordan who was just as helpful and took time to complete it all. What a great team. I feel really confident that I have made the right choice for storage for my personal belongings. Thank you to you all.

Lauren and the staff at the shoreham branch are fantastic, Lauren went above and beyond to help me with my storage, would definitely recommend them, I had storage before at another place in shoreham but left due to the rudeness of the staff, but the staff at cinch couldn’t do more to help, thank you all so much
