The jewelry presented on the website is beautiful, but even more beautiful in person. The workmanship is of a high standard. I bought the earrings and immediately my friends took notice of them.

Ordered three pair of earrings. I had to return one pair because it arrived faulty; one of the earrings didn't close. Received a return label, but they had me pay 15,- for the return. They haven't replied to my complaint.

Since I've discovered Cinco, it's the only jewellery brand I shop from. Their pieces are the sweet spot between classic and edgy, quality and price. There is something horribly wrong here. I wanted to buy a pair of earrings for a friend, that I bought 3 years ago. Yes, I am aware that prices go up, but here I feel that CINCO are using the festive season as a excuse to rip people off! Here is the whatsapp conversation!

I do not trust this company and clearly this is not a mistake because they refuse to reply. What a rip off. You are clearly opportunists, slack with no integrity. Go to hell!

I purchased the Eden necklace for £340 a couple of weeks ago. Product arrived quickly but the look and feel of it was so cheap. It looks like something that you could get from the supermarket jewellery aisle for £10. Avoid. Refunds also take forever and I still haven’t been refunded for this weeks later. The positive reviews on here are clearly fake with most reviewers only having done one review…

Update: they arrange for it to be collected at a cost of £15. It’s been a month and still no refund. Avoid this retailer unless you want to risk losing hundreds of pounds.

In total, I have more than 10 Cinco items, apart from the ones I've already bought as gifts. My favourites are always the earrings, but I also have a bracelet (given to me by my bridesmaids on my wedding day, as they know I like the brand so much).
It all started when my (now) husband gave me my first pair of earrings - Bia - for Christmas a few years ago. I became a huge fan, which led to a tradition of expecting a small box from Cinco every Christmas or birthday. The quality of the items is very good, the gold plating on the silver lasts much longer than other brands (even if you wear them in the sea and on the beach). If, due to frequent use, the gold plating disappears, the customer service is fantastic and they'll take care of it for you and you'll receive the repaired items, brand new. It's spectacular! It's nice to see a Portuguese brand with such attention to detail, customer care, innovative design and quality pieces. I'll keep buying.
