Salt cave therapy for better breathing.

I was told about this salt pipe a while ago but I carried on using my inhalers for my mild asthma. Unfortunately for me, I suffer from a side effect with muscle cramps sometime after using my preventer inhaler. The pain can be really bad. The inhaler has been changed a couple of times, but I still have the same problem. Over a year ago I bought this salt pipe. I was amazed at the results. The inflammation in my lungs was greatly reduced and I felt that I had more lung capacity. It is excellent for sinus problems too. My sinuses are cleared and no mucus or that heavy head feeling. I have not taken my preventer for mild asthma for 13 months now.

The pipe is made of porcelain but you can order a smaller non porcelain version, for when you are on the go. It holds 50 - 60 grams of selected Halite salt crystals. No need for refills, as this salt pipe lasts up to 5 years on daily ( 20-25 minutes ) usage. It is a dry salt inhaler. Follow the instructions and don`t breathe into the pipe, as this will wet the salt crystals. Also keep away from strong smelling odours and steam. Salt therapy for respiratory disorders by cleansing the lungs and allowing them to absorb more oxygen is common place in European countries but not so much in the UK. A particular cave in Germany was used as a local bomb shelter during WW2. The locals reported improvements in respiratory disorders and the reduction in the amount of coughs and colds because of time spent in these salt caves. Salt miners were found to have a form of protection against respiratory disorders and lung diseases, due to inhaling the salt at their place of work for years. The salt clears up any mucus in your lungs and sinuses. The friendly bacteria found in the salt, offers the protection for your airways. The porcelain Cisca salt pipe costs £29.99 and so is very affordable. The website contains a lot of information regarding the pipe and its history.

I am so pleased with this Cisca salt pipe and have been telling others about it. You don`t need to be suffering from a lung disorder to use this. Like the website says, it is salt cave therapy in a pipe form. Everyone would benefit from it, as it is a natural product. That`s why the old age like to retire to the seaside for the salt air. I should imagine those of you that are giving up smoking, would benefit from this salt pipe too. Get rid of that nasty black cigarette tar that`s been clogging up your lungs for years and cleanse your lungs with cave salt therapy instead.
