Wow !! What a fantastic tour operator !!

Booked through them on the recommendation of a friend. I must say they are absolutely first rate !!

Got to stay in a top notch hotel in the centre of Rome, right near the Parliament Building. Lots of little eating places, nearby. The food was great !

Claire is the “Best”!! We've booked with Citalia for years and are well looked after, with every comfort cared for. In our sixties, we avoid early mornings and late flights. Organizing cars and especially the hotels — hidden gems I hesitate to share — is seamless. I give them 100%.

We had a quote for the holiday we were interested in and Lucy helped us book the holiday and also helped us organise the flight from the airport we wanted to go from This was not available on the pick list I could see so she really made the difference. She also helped us sort out the excursion we wanted to go on. I feel I have the holiday I wanted.

Helpful and knowledgeable about the area that we were visiting, not a lot of choice regarding hotels on offer, but the agents we dealt with were good.

The agent was excellent. He had first hand knowledge of the places that we wanted to visit and was able to recommend hotels which suited our needs. He advised on whether private transfers were necessary or not in each location. He arranged for flight and train times to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.

Made a last minute booking as lost previous holiday due to Middle East conflict. Katie Barton, our contact within Citalia was great and went above and beyond to get this package over the line.
All was completed in a timely fashion and now we are receiving the paperwork to support.

Always helpful at suggestions on where to go and stay, the staff are helpful and polite, their knowledge on places to visit and see is outstanding, they are always available when you need to make any inquiries.

We have been clients of Citalia since our honeymoon trip to Lake Como in 2012. Helen Lippe has always looked after us and treats us as individuals this year she helped us with visiting part of Italy we haven't visited before and we are sure that again the Hotels will be great and arrangements/transfers/trips will all be on time and enjoyable. We would recommend Citalia highly.

Lucy and Jimmy were both so very helpful in advising us how best to fit in all the locations we want to visit whilst in Siciliy for our Honeymoon this year. Such personable customer service. Efficient and clear. We haven't even been yet but already feel special with a lovely surprise Aperol spritz gift sent to us as a thank you. That really made our day :) We are so excited for our Honeymoon now especially as all of the stress and worry has been taken away knowing that we have Lucy there to contact should we need anything at all.
