I had recieved a email, alerting me to the item ordered was arriving 2 days early. It also gave me a time to expect the courier. Great product and service. A++
The Store Manager at the Ocean Keys…
The Store Manager at the Ocean Keys Store in WA has a horrible attitude and obviously hates her job. Also, the staff all run and hide while customers are waiting to be served, terrible customer service.

terrible service
Terrible sent me a hat that was frayed and the other hat the clip was jammed so ended up ripping the strap to it. Tried emailing, no response so won’t be ordering from them again, they suck, take your business elsewhere

Sent a wrong item that was meant to be a Christmas gift. No way to reach out to a person to speak to, and it’s been days and no apologies or response since I filled out “contact us form”.

No delivery, no customer service
I placed an order on the 27th of November and paid for express delivery. I was told it would be delivered by the 29th, it was not. I waited until the following week before contacting them to ask as it said the package had not left yet. The back and forth with customer service has been horrible with at least 2 days between emails. It’s now the 18th of December and there is still no update! I don’t have my package or my money. I was told to expect delays due to increased demand but this delay notification was only added to the shipping site this week, there was no indication of delays at the time I placed my order. Just ridiculous!

Quick delivery, easy return!
I ordered some clothes for my partner. Two pairs of jeans in different brands, the sizing of the two are quite different. I went online to do the online return. I received the information and QR code to take to the post office.
Return was quick and easy! Not to mention the delivery came quickly. I had ordered some hats for Christmas presents prior and that was a quick delivery too.

They missed an item that I ordered and blame me
They missed an item that I ordered, then said that they "checked the item's weight" and believe I'm lying. Multiple people have gotten the same response. No refund or replacement. That was a Christmas present that will never be. I won't ever shop with them again.

Current experience is crap
Current experience is crap. They sent me incorrect sizes for both my items and haven’t been able to speak to anyone in a week. Have tried multiple times to contact but get same generic response about 72 hours. Very disappointed right now. Really hope to get some contact and get my ordered sorted

Bought 4 packs of socks and 2 skim…
Bought 4 packs of socks and 2 skim boards for my kids for Christmas. Received a boogie board, a bag and a jumper. Chat bot says it can’t help and to contact customer service. There is no option to call and speak to anyone.. only email (I have emailed and sent photos) my kids will likely not be getting skim boards for Christmas…very disappointing.
Response from city beach was that they could POSSIBLY (as sale items may may no longer be in stock) send my original order or provide a full refund but only if and when they receive the (incorrect) order back to them first. They offered a discount for the waste of my time but it was equal to the credit I had on their website for spending money previous shops which I used to receive this incorrect order and could no longer use again so they essentially offered nothing for this whole debacle which was their fault putting me at a loss and my kids without boards for Chrissy…how disappointing.
This was paid for with paypal and after back and forth with city beach I put in a claim with paypal, they got my money back and I was allowed to to keep the original incorrect order also, Thankyou Paypal.

I am disappointed with the customer…
I am disappointed with the customer support when using their online services. I placed an order with city beach and my previous address automatically filled in. I honestly didn't seem that this had occurred and was expecting a step to fill in my address. I completed all the way to checkout and noticed my address was wrong. I contacted city beach immediately and they told me they would see what they could do. As the item had not been dispatched I was hopeful, but no the items were sent to the wrong address. At no point did I get an update explaining that they weren't able to fix my mistake and it wasn't until I got delivery notifications that I realised it was still wrong. I won't be buying from city beach again. Unlikely to get my swim wear before the holidays now
Chat bot and online chat services are not anywhere near as good as real people and a phone call. Chat times out if something interrupts you and all previous chat is lost. Other companies use similar systems but are much better.
I did finally get my items, but it was after my holiday. I have revised up a star as the customer service people were very genuine in their attempts to help.

There is NO staff on the till just one…
There is NO staff on the till just one person serving and a huge queue! This happens at every store how about putting MORE TRAINED staff on especially over weekends. There is NO point having floor staff if they cannot sell the items from the till!!! An absolute job of a business model!!!
