Staff were friendly and helpful, however it’s a bit ridiculous that all the hats (men’s straw hats) are up
So high that you have to ask someone to get the ladder to help. I couldn’t look through them and had to rely on the staff member to show me each hat while she stood on the ladder. It’s not just hats that are up high but that’s what I was there in particular for. It’s inconvenient.

Pretty terrible
Pretty terrible, had to pay for click and collect or shipping on an order over $100, moreover, if I wanted to return this product, I had to also pay shipping cost. So $120 for the pants $10 to ship it to me.$11 to return in to me. They snagged $20 just in shipping costs.
