First Shoes I purchased for my grandson were too small so bought a second pair in next size up but they were obviously labeled the wrong size as they are smaller than the first pair. Overall the shopping experiences were easy transactions and speedy deliveries.

Two of my items are too big and have never gotten a receipt or a pathway to make a return and now I'm stuck.
Once I have written this review I got contacted by City Beach customer support team, they have provided me with the order number and I successfully returned my items.

Misleading “Deals”
Bad staff, bad service and misleading deals. Deals advertised, but full price charged. When I questioned the manager, she said it is the store practice to advertise this way.

Excellent online experience
I have purchased from City Beach online many times and there is a great range of products to choose from. The online ordering and delivery experiences I've had with City Beach have always been really good. The deliveries have always been really fast, and the online ordering system is really efficient.

Was sent the wrong hats
Was sent the wrong hats, ordered black LA polyester hats was sent the cotton version and was a punish to get this corrected.
Ended up going into the store ti switch them over which also took 20min as the hats were on sale when I bought them and they wanted to charge me to switched them over TO THE CORRECT ITEM.
Ended up buying a sex wax sent and after I left saw they’d charged me twice for it. Was so over it I didn’t even go back. Probably won’t ever be back.

Hard to Find Item
Grandson wanted a sleeveless t-shirt for his birthday, couldn't find one at the shops looked online with City Beach & found just what he wanted. Ordered 2 & had them within 3 days.
